Bud's Plumbing Service, Inc.

This company came to unclog a couple of bathrooms. Hydrojeted the main line which apparently is against local ordinances and flooded my house with raw sewage. Bud's Plumbing caused $40,000 worth of damage. They claimed is was not their fault and left me with a house full of raw sewage. My insurance company hired an investigator who confirmed that Bud's plumbing's incompetence caused the damage.
Their insurance company paid mine $28,000. I am currently filing a complaint with the contractors licensing board. Not only did they damage my house; they tried to weasel out of the responsibility. Guess what John ,the owner of Buds plumbing, if your insurance company paid out the big bucks you must be responsible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Employees son had a surgery boss told him take the week off come in fresh Monday. Went Into work Monday boss fired him so a sad company

The Buds Plumbing Team worked on our facility spanning a year, adding three compartment sinks, emergency eye wash station, water lines, mops sink, water heater swap and so on. All work was performed to code with Sac City Plumbing Inspectors finalizing permits on the first inspection. On sewer side, they have done some clean-out work and have kept our toilets running smoothly. They are our go-to plumbers and we are happy to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

We called Bud's plumbing out because we were in need of help with an urgent issue with our main water line. They came out quickly and located the problem right away. They were very professional and knowledgeable and got us fixed up right away. I would definetly recommed Bud's plumbing and their staff to anyone looking for a quality, reliable, honest plumbing service!

Quick, reliable, knowledgeable, and very fair prices. My only regret is not calling them sooner! They came out same day and fixed a broken shower handle, and I couldn't be more happy.

I agree with the other reviewer. Bud's plumbing seems (in my opinion) dishonest and incompelent. The plumber ran pipe around obsticals such that the copper pipes were outside the drywall. When I called the owner to tell him about it he yelled at me for it!! Then he raised the bill substantially when the job was done.

After coming home to water pooling on my garage floor at 5:30pm on a Saturday, I called multiple plumbing services with no results. Darren of Bud's plumbing returned my call within 30 minutes and was at my home by 7:20 to check out my problems. Luckily it turned out to be a minor issue, but it was a great relief to me to have it taken care of so expeditiously. Thank you for such excellent and professional service!
