Our original installation was absolutely perfect as was our second when necessary after another pool company unbelievably removed our solar! Rick was our technician both times. His work is outstanding! Everyone in the office was wonderful and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company of competent people!

We have had our Heliocool heater for 3 years. We love it. It's been great and has added at least 2 months of pool per year. I love my warm water and I love calling my family in Quebec on Messenger, from the pool in October. I guess I'm a teaser.
I wanted to take the time to write a review for Rick, whom recently came to our home to check on the heater. Our Pentair motherboard had to be replaced a few weeks prior and the heater was still not working. I figured it had to do with the programming in the motherboard but I didn't know how to fix it. It took Rick 5 minutes altogether. He then took a solid 15 minutes to explain everything to me, several times because this is not my forte. He explained how he programmed it to optimize the combined use of our solar electricity, pool cleaner and solar pool heater. When I realized how knowledgeable he was, I asked about general maintenance and he had great advice to give there as well.
The solar heater has a 12 years warranty and I suspect with the maintenance advice I received from Rick, that it will last a lot longer. This is a great product and I was very impressed with Rick's service. He doesn't look like much, but he knows his stuff and was very efficient. Thank you

Now our install was 3 years ago, but I don't remember having any issues with it. I think they rescheduled once after not showing up, but that's it. I remember the guys were very knowledgeable too. Someone came back a few weeks later for a leak, at no charge to us. It was just a connection that was installed too loose, no biggie. We have had no problem since and like I said, we love the product.

They are completely unreliable. They were called in April to perform warranty repairs on my solar pool heater. They have no show-no called for four appointments so far. They say they won't be available until July now. We will see if they show up then. Customer service has been very poor... if you can get them on the phone.

The 12 year warranty is not worth the paper as printed on. when they come out they charge you a $118 plus ridiculous
prices on any parts involved

What a nightmare to work with!! Customer Service is terrible!! Do not use this company!

Our first appointment was a no show for the initial install, we called the company and they said, oh we changed your install date. No one called to let us know the date had been changed.

They sent one guy out about 3 days later to start digging a trench for the piping. He didn't dig deep enough, so when the next crew came out (several days later), they had to widen the trench. They didn't finish the day they came out, so we asked, when are you coming back to finish? The guys said, I don't know call scheduling.

Another guy was sent out, he was supposed to arrive between 8-9:00am - he showed up at 3:40pm with no call to let us know he was running late. He did hook everything up and informed us someone else will come out to paint the pipes.

Trying to get the job finished, and the pipes painted was horrible. After 3 no shows, finally someone came out to paint the pipes.

Each time someone came out - no one cleaned up their mess!! Dirt, paint, rocks, and trash all over our yard!

We had a leak about a month after they finished the job. We called the office, they told us their first appointment would be in 3 weeks. Really, 3 weeks!! It’s a leak, something the company did wrong. The girl in the office said, “turn off the pump”, for 3 weeks we asked?!

Come to find out they never glued the corner pipe together.

This company turned something exciting into a nightmare! The stress, the no-shows, missing appointments because of the no-shows! No one cared, no one said sorry, they just took our money and ran! Normally they send out one crew to finish the job (it’s a 2-day job), but with us it was a different crew each time.

I gave had 4 service appointment and still do not have the problem resolved. 3 the technical was a no show.
