We also appreciate how thorough he was in searching our home for any issues. We are first time home buyers and we feel so much relief after having Daniel’s help.

Daniel J is a true professional and was extremely accommodating when I needed some work done while I was away from home. He took extra time to explain the options to me in detail and to answer any questions I had. He did a great job installing my tankless water heater, which was done literally within a day after I asked for his help in addition to multiple other small projects. Option One came to see us on an urgent matter, and they were the only team able to come out within a couple of hours. They arrived toward the front end of their arrival window, affording us more time to deal with the problem on a Friday night. Not only did they help us fix our issue, but they attempted multiple maneuvers to fix it and stayed until they were complete. They were price conscious and fully transparent with financials throughout the process. They were professional, kind and took great care of the space throughout the appointment. I would absolutely call them again!

Shane came out to help last May 2022. I just received several high water bills in a row and he came back out to inspect the previous repairs for leaks. He quickly discovered the problem and wrote up a fair and affordable estimate to repair it for us! Next day service on both visits and excellent customer service across the board. I highly recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs! I haven’t found a better price locally.

I had previously had 2 plumbers come out and have a look at the kitchen drain. They were sure I had to hydro jet my main line. Scott came out and cleared the line without the need for hydro jetting. He was knowledgeable, courteous and saved me a lot of money by using his experience and understanding of clogs rather than a tool immediately (snake, hydro jetting etc) to fix it. I was really pleased with Scott's work and would definitely use the company again!

Daniel Payne, Timothy and Lee installed a tankless water heater at my home recently. The entire process was simple and the communication from the company was clear.

During the estimate visit Daniel provided valuable insight into the different options and time frame for installation.

The team worked to trouble shoot a challenge relating to the installation area and cleaned up the space prior to leaving. I will definitely use them going forward for all plumbing needs.

Shane notified me when he was on his way through text. Once here, he went to my shower to inspect the issue. I was thinking we had a water leak. After inspecting, Shane stated that he does not believe there was a leak. He said where the water spot on the drywall was located he believes the water was running along the shower wall seam and outside of the shower curtain. Shane recommended resealing the seams on our three piece shower sections. Which he scraped off three old sealant and resealed. Honest, professional, and great work is what I have to say. We will use and recommend Option One plumbing from here forward. Five stars!!!!

I am a listing agent and This company was selected by the buyer to complete a plumbing inspection. The tech who arrived, SCOTT, was punctual, informative, have very helpful tips and was honest. He wants looking for more work to add to the bill, but did do a thorough inspection of everything. The price quoted for the necessary repairs was very reasonable.

I had to have my well repaired. Several outdated parts were worn out and needed replacement. The ladies taking my call were very polite and got technicians to me in a speedy fashion. The technicians were prompt, courteous, knew what the job entailed and were quite efficient. They showed and explained the parts that needed replacement. Believe I was given a fair price for the job. Vincent was very responsive and courteous while he was working on our home. He did a 100% redline on the home along with installing some faucets and filtration systems. I would recommend Vincent and Option One Plumbing service to anyone out there.

I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

I have a well at my home. We lost water pressure on Saturday and by Sunday we had no water. Now if your water has ever been out you know how terrible it is. I have used Option One Plumbing before and I called them on Sunday and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Monday between 1-3pm. Tyler and Scott arrived at my home on time and after inspecting the system knew that it was a well pump issue. They went over all of my options and answered all of my questions and scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning at 9am. They were on time and made the necessary repairs and I had water that afternoon. If you want great service and fair pricing call Option One Plumbing!

I am 100% satisfied with the technician who came out to fix our kitchen sink. The tech was very knowledgeable his name is Scott. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that I know. This company is honest and I feel very blessed that I chose this company. Scott was very professional! I would definitely hire this company again!

They had an employee injured on the job so they were delayed getting out to me but I appreciated the communication! They send you a note when they are about 20 min out.

They checked out the problem I called about but also took a look around the rest of the house as well. Tyler was super helpful and my original problem was fully explained and solved. He also found a leaky pipe connection under the house so I’m waiting to hear on the estimate for that fix. Overall, very happy with my experience!

The technician, Daniel P., arrived on time for the appointment and was professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, provided his initial thoughts, and went over each of the options with us. While here, he also took a look at some other small issues we were having and helped us with ideas on how to fix them. We will definitely be calling Option One for our future plumbing needs.

Overall I'm very happy with the service provided. This would have been 5 stars, but one of the techs dragged mud in the house everywhere he went, and they left the sawdust from where they had to cut through a bulkhead for the new lines.

I would recommend them without hesitation, and will call them for future needs myself, but more care needs to be taken to respect the cleanliness of clients' homes.

Some required install and that was done on day we agreed and done well. Did a great job keeping my home clean during the process. Tom was very professional and seems to be extremely knowledgeable.

Option One Team was fantastic. They came out and delivered a new tankless water heater; pricing much more competitive than the competitor. They removed our old water heater and kept the house clean while doing it which was amazing to see. The 4 guys that came were incredibly respectful and problem solved multiple issues with our gas lines. I would recommend these guys over and over. Customer Service is a 10 out 10.

Ashley while setting up my apt, gave me a time of arrival yet didn’t put it on the plumbers schedule. I called off work to be home. When he was finally able to come he did great minus the insulation, when he was supposed to come back Per the office again they didn’t tell him. .Again ! They’re horrible at keeping their appointments.

Joshua was on time. Sent a picture and arrived on time. Very nice young man. He checked on a few things. And advised I do the upstairs bath soon due to age. Suggested the same for hot water heater. No high pressure. I will use him again.

Sent Tim to adress the issues we had very promptly. He was not only thorough and quick with the repairs but made recommendations for other inspections and service we had not thought of before like servicing the tankless water heater (which works much better now). I found this company on Google amongst other plumbing services and they were the only ones to push me through to a plumber that could help my situation. Once I spoke with Scott on the phone I was assured everything would be okay and he made sure of it! He made quick work of the issue at hand and set me up with everything I needed. These guys were great for us. We had just moved into a new house with major plumbing issues. They converted many of our pipes to our bathrooms with PVC (they were cast iron). They were also very professional and sympathetic to our situation.

I am very pleased with Option One Plumbing, which handle a Saturday service call. Company is highly responsive, professional and offers fair prices. Tim quickly assessed the cause and location of our clogged kitchen drainpipe. Our 60-year old house has old pipes that required some extra effort to clean, and Tim handled the job with professionalism and a great attitude. He also clearly explained how reworking/ replacing some of the piping could mitigate future issues and quoted the job without any pressure. Well, he did it again! Scott is amazing!

Back in July he came out to investigate a leak, made a suggestion and said he would return if that was not the answer.

With special family events pending, I needed to wait but last week (5 weeks after the first visit) we began using the toilet as suggested and it started leaking.

He came yesterday - I called at 11 and he was here at 5 and stayed until almost 7. We discussed the options and to my horror (but agreement) he had to cut through the ceiling. He did suggest this as an option in his first visit and in hindsight, that wood was rotted, so it had to be done.

He found and showed me the leak in like 30 seconds.

He came back today with BJ (very helpful), pulled the old toilet, repaired the flange, installed a new toilet and even saved me a bit off the estimate since he was able to approach the repair in a different way.

The area is very clean and with his suggestions, I have a better toilet than I did before.

Michael single-handedly turned an incredibly stressful plumbing situation I had into a breeze. My sink not draining and my garbage disposal needing a replacement were literally giving me nightmares. Fortunately, Michael’s expertise allowed him to calmly provide me with a number of different affordable options I could deliberate on and choose what I believed to be the best choice.

I can't say enough good things about Daniel Payne and the team that worked tirelessly to replace our sewer line that was damaged. They provided a reasonable and fair bid for the job, were upfront and honest, and completed the job quickly in the same day so we could get back to normal life. We canceled our job that was scheduled with Morris Jenkins for two days later and more expensive. The Option One team leveled our yard back out after digging the trench and worked with the city for us. I'm truly thankful for Daniel and the team and would highly recommend Option One.

If you're looking for someone to fix your plumbing, these are the people you want. I had a massive backup in my pipes and called Option One on Wednesday morning. I was in desperate need of same day service. Brittany returned my phone call very shortly after I called, she had someone out to me within 2 hours. Aaron came out & discovered the issues with my old pipes, and scheduled me to have all of the plumbing and water lines replaced the very next day. He was professional and informative. The next day he and Ted returned and finished everything in one day! They were truly life savers! Both were polite, professional and courteous. They kept me informed through the entire process and the price was beyond reasonable. Give them a raise! I had a plumber out previously from a different company who was absolutely NO help. Our technician Scott was very thorough and communicative about issues. He inspected our new home and gave us a lot of useful information. He did a major repair that required ordering parts less than a week after giving the estimate.

So here's the deal, the techs told us if we gave a good review, we'd receive 10% off. It sounded like a no brainer until our sump pump failed and another company told us we were over charged for a repair that did not solve our problem. Our takeaway is, always get 2nd or 3rd opinions and be wary of special deals.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Option One Plumbing! One word that immediately comes to mind is integrity.

From the my first interaction with their scheduler, I felt like they really cared and were trying to do right by me, the customer. They were patient and responsive. They initially scheduled me for a 5-7 PM time slot on a Saturday evening, which I was thankful for. They called me twice that afternoon to let me know that things were running a bit behind schedule, and I appreciated their updates.

Also, when it became clear that the tech wouldn't be able to arrive until after 7 PM, they gave me the option of either having the tech arrive after 7 PM or first thing Sunday morning. I really appreciated that as well and opted for Saturday night.

Ted, the friendly and talkative tech, arrived after what must have been a long day but was professional and positive. In less than an hour, he reset the tankless hot water heater, spent time explaining the system and how to troubleshoot a few things, and was very clear that he would be back if the problem was not fixed. The total cost for the visit was the $99 fee I had been quoted from the beginning with no additional fees. At no point did he try to sell me something I didn't need.

Option One has earned my trust, and I will definitely look to them in the future for plumbing and water heater issues.

Found this company online. Had a problem with the city about water usage. Our technician was Ted, I can't express how impressed I was with Ted. I highly recommend this company and am glad they employ people like Ted. Update, needed option one services again. Had such good luck with Ted last time I requested him again. Ted installed a main waterline shut off valve. He gave me the cost upfront and went to work. Very organized and timely. Ted is a great representative for this company.

I am so grateful that we went with Option one plumbing to assist us with a few issues around the house. We had a bath tub that was very slow to drain and a 1/2 bath that had some water supply pipes leaking and needed moved. They were very responsive to my inquires and sent out a technician (Ted) to evaluate my needs and provide a free estimate. From the moment Ted arrived he was personable, professional, and took the time to go over our options and provide the best course of action. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I asked questions and after speaking with him we started the work right then and there. The prices were reasonable and the customer service great but working with Ted is what would have me referring others to this company in the future. I’m glad to see there are still honest people who truly enjoy their craft out there. Thank you for all of the hard work and wonderful service! Will definitely be using you in the future.

Scott showed up early which was great. He was extremely thorough, checking multiple areas (shower, tub, hot water heaters, toilet, water pressure, etc.) to identify where the leak was that was showing up in my breakfast area ceiling.

He did not try to upsell me but did provide some information on areas that I may want to consider in the future. He took the time to explain several options as well as their philosophy.

He also gave me some advice on how to cover the stain in the ceiling temporarily since I am having a major event in a few weeks and did not want to undertake a major project which could be disruptive to the area.

I was blown away by the service we received from Ted. He did such a thorough inspection of our home discovering multiple critical issues that could have interfered with the sale of our property. I hate giving negative reviews but I scheduled online with an appointment for the next day which is the only day I could meet for over a week with a plumbing issue. I waited for the plumber to show up between 10-12 and as it got closer to time, I never got a call, text, email, or anything from them. I reached out after the 12pm window and the phone rang but never went to a voicemail. It said it hadn't even been set up. I was hoping for some kind of response because I called multiple times but never got any kind of follow up.

First time I had used Option One. I highly recommend this Plumbing Company and give Michael, the service rep, a gold star for his work. AND he cleaned the area of use to a sparkling finish when work was complete. This company is honest and do not rip you off like most of them try to do. I have finally found a great plumbing company to call when I have a problem.

I had a horrible experience with them. They sent one of there certified tech to check my pluming and told me some lie not only that still charged me 200 just to tell me a lie. So I called another company and all they did was a simple cleaning and that fixed my problem. I would not recommend this company they don’t know what they are doing and will tell you a lie to collect 200 for them to come. Don’t get ripped off like I did oh and yes of course they don’t say or do anything to assist with this matter

Michael came out to look over our busted hot water heater and give an estimate to replace. He took the time to answer our multitude of questions and talk through the options we were considering. He was very knowledgeable of the services and product options. Specifics of the water service in our area and completed both a water quality test as well as a water pressure test of our home prior to recommending services. We had another competitor that advertises heavily on the radio come out for an estimate, and let me say this was hands down a night and day difference between the customer experiences and professionalism. Michael and Option One receive 5 stars from me. I appreciate not having to flip through a book with a sales pitch for services needed in my home. Which was fantastic, since our family had already suffered thru 3 days without hot water waiting on another plumbing company to just tell us whether a part was in-stock or not.

Finally really liked that the final payment was exactly what they quoted before starting any work. The quality of product is high and the price very competitive.

I thought I had a great plumber, and then I met Ted from Option One. He is awesome! And will be my new go to guy. We called Option One plumbing about water leaking underneath the sink and also very low water pressure in our house. Our plumber Ted was very respectful by leaving his shoes outside and putting his mask on. He was able to figure out what was wrong with our sink right away. I had them come for a quote; they are one of the FEW companies that will send a technician out to look at the problem and give a free quote with multiple options. I was so impressed with Ted's knowledge and professionalism, that I cancelled my other quote and had Option 1 replace my kitchen faucet and repair my shower faucet. Ted took the time to explain to me the issues, addressed low water pressure in my house, and gave me recommendations for a kitchen faucet that would work well and that I could purchase myself. I am very pleased with option one. They have done multiple projects for me at my home. Their technician Christopher has always been very professional and does great work. Recently he removed old cast iron piping underneath my house and replaced it with all new PVC piping as well as installing a new 2 way clean out. At 5:30pm on a Friday I came home to find water pouring out of my water heating tank onto the floor. I called 4 different places, including multiple who promised 24x7 service and Option One was the only one who made good on that promise. Ted showed up, got me up to speed on the issue, gave me multiple options, and answered all my questions. By 11:30pm the old system was ripped out, the new one installed, and the area cleaned up. We had an underground leak that, of course, the City said was not their responsibility. I called several plumbing companies. Each one said they couldn't come out for a few days. I felt like it was a ploy to wait for the issue to worsen. Finally I called Option One! They said they could get a rep out late that afternoon. I was satisfied. A few hours later the office called back to say they had a rep available to come out early if it was OK with me. IT WAS MORE THAN OK! IT WAS AWESOME! My rep, Tim, arrived early afternoon, identified where the leak was coming from, gave me several options for repair, at various cost levels. I picked the one the made the most sense, worked best for my home and my budget. After a quick call to my cousin--also a plumber--he agreed with what Tim was suggesting be done and was the most cost effective option. I was overjoyed to finally find a company that wasn't trying to rip you off and jack up costs for work not needed. KUDOS TO TIM AND OPTION ONE!!! Tim arrived the following morning and got to work. He was done by early afternoon. Now if you were following along, you got it, Tim came out early afternoon to diagnose my issue and within 24 hours, IT WAS FIXED--AT A GREAT PRICE!!! Option One is now my 'go-to' for plumbing needs.

Got quoted on 5/11, service scheduled for 5/13. Plumber had to leave early on 5/13 due to family emergency, which is understandable. Came back on 5/16 and worked all day but couldn't finish because he didn't have all the parts he needed because of a truck swap; said he'd come back 5/17 @ 8:30am. As of 10am he's still not here and not answering his phone. Three trips and unresponsive for a simple job? C'mon now, had high hopes because of the glowing reviews.

Same day service! Ted the technician was knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through all of the issues and possible solutions. We have a 100yr old house and he was able to think outside the box to find cost effective solutions. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

We called Option One as our 5-6 attempt to unclog a pool plumbing pipe. They were unable to unclog the pipe, but I feel as if Dustin really tried and made every attempt that him and myself could think of to try and unclog the pipe. While we didn’t remove the blockage I do think we located it which was just as helpful as no one before Option One was able to identify where the blockage was. Dustin was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what he was doing and how he explained the process. When I do get the blockage removed, I will be calling Option One to return and re-plumb the pool.

Michael was 20 minutes early to my appointment for a main sewer line clog in a 200 year old house. He took the time to search the property for our non-existent road access, crawled around in my gross crawlspace, and was very thorough in his cleaning process. He and his coworker Shane not only fixed my clog, but explained the next steps in replacing my old, crushed terracotta piping connected to the junction they cleaned out. I respect their mission to fix the whole problem, not just put a band aid on it. I recommend Option One because they not only do good work, but also have a good attitude, are very personable and care about their customers. I look forward to working with them again soon.

For most of us, the feeling of dread and impending doom that comes with having no water come out of the faucet, finding a leak and having a sewer backup all at once surpasses such things as getting a root canal or stepping foot on a used car.

Needless to say I was not looking forward to contacting a plumber but after consulting YouTube I realized I had no other choice, so I held my nose and started dialing..

But wait, this experience was nothing like I had expected, as the customer service was friendly and not condescending, the scheduling was done for the next day without a hassle, no sitting around all day waiting for a technician, as Ted contacted me when he was 45min away as I had requested, and li and behold he actually showed up ten minutes earlier than scheduled and was waiting in the driveway for me to arrive from work, so I didn’t have to take half the day off waiting for a six hour arrival window.

The best thing is, the exceeding of my expectations did not stop there, as Ted was friendly, personable, professional and beyond persistent, as he worked effortlessly to identify the issue that had confounded others, and not only did he find the problem with the pipes and leak, but he fixed everything in a timely fashion, while explaining what he was doing each step of the way.

Having the heart of a teacher is something I look for in the service industry, and my technician Ted truly exhibited this quality, as you could tell he not only enjoyed his work, but enjoyed teaching others as well.

Overall, this experience with Oprion One plumbing completely changed my mindset about plumbers, as this was dare I say, an enjoyable experience from start to finish, as even the bill came in much lower than expected!

Services rendered in November 2021. I was told by manager Brittany that I would receive assistance with an itemized bill to send to my insurance company. Even after numerous calls, the bill was still not itemized the way the insurance company requires. They stop responding to calls for help. I got screwed big time by this company.

Technicians get a 5 star for their work. The low rating is for the customer service. This company left me with an astronomical bill to pay when I have insurance that will cover a potion of the bill. Only thing that was required was an itemized bill for which they insist the can not give. This is totally crazy. They don’t care about helping you once they have received their money. They left me high and dry. I would not recommend this company. This is a revised rating.

WOW! Option One Plumbing and “Tim” we’re both a 10 out of 10!! We are in a high rise in Uptown and decided to rip out tub to install tile and glass door shower to upgrade. Once the tub was ripped out, I called two different plumbing companies to be told “installing a shower was not a possibility”. Finally we called Option One, and Tim showed up on time, dealt with loading dock, came right up the service elevator, and got to work!!! It was not basic, but he exceeded with expertise!!! I would recommend and use this company for ANY job, large or small!!!

I had a clogged toilet due to some “flushable wipes” and I literally couldn’t use the only toilet in my apartment. Reached out to these guys and they were extremely professional and nice. Shane came out and had me up and running in less than 30 mins. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend to EVERYONE.

Going above and beyond only begins to describe the job Ted did for me. After pulling the toilet and running a camera, we had discovered a clogged/broken pipe underneath the driveway about 3 feet down. Ted came back the next day to dig up the concrete, repair the broken pipe, and repour the concrete. As expensive as this sounds, Ted went out of his way to try and find ways to save me as much money as possible. If you call option one for your plumbing needs, make sure to ask for Ted or Tim. They both have similar work ethics and will get your job done!

Kenny, one of the service reps, came out multiple times trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with our Grinder Pump. After several attempts and calls with his boss and the product manufacture, he was able to determine it was a faulty float. I appreciated his time and efforts to figure out and resolve the issue.
