Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. Not impressed with this company. I had someone come out to my house two weeks ago to give me an estimate for roof and electrical work. He told me he’d have the estimate to me early the following week. Well, now it’s been two weeks and no estimate. I’ve called a couple of times and talked to the receptionist Brooke, both times she acted surprised and always put me off and said she would talk to Joe and he would get back to me. No word from Joe... I’m done and moving on, I find it very unprofessional and obviously the “care” for the customer is lacking.

As a poor grad student, I thought I was doomed when the front door to the condo I rent was kicked in overnight. The deadbolt lock and door frame were irreparably damaged, so I was left without a way to lock the only entry door to my home during an extremely busy time in the semester. Luckily, I was quickly contacted by Jennifer with Response Crew after filling out an online form. After snapping a few photos and sending over an e-mail, I was provided with a reasonable quote the very next day. Jennifer understood my situation and that I needed this problem handled quickly and was able to schedule a service appointment within the week. The Response Crew member who fixed my door, Luis, was on-time, friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile: the three cats in my apartment were rather inquisitive of the work he was doing and he made sure that they didn't escape! The finished door looks like nothing ever happened. I was sent an invoice within two hours of the job being completed. The work took exactly as long as quoted, yet the finished project still came in under the quoted budget - a VERY nice surprise.

I contacted 7 handyman companies to inquire about installing a new water softener and Johnny was the only person who returned my call and I'm so glad he did. Johnny was great to work with. He showed up on time, communicated the steps he was taking during the install. Also, even before his scheduled date of installation, we were in communication about the type and brand of softener I was purchasing. My texts never went unreturned. I will work with Johnny again in the future, Oh, and he even texted me after the install to relay that he will return in a few days to check the connections and ensure there are no leaks. Fantastic!

My husband and I are moving into a new home and wanted a shelf installed in the Laundry Room before we moved in. We were referred to Solutec by the Leasing Agent. I received a response to my email immediately and the shelf was installed within a few days. Before and after photos were included and the shelf is perfect, exactly what we wanted. I contacted Eddie late on a Monday about a problem with my front door. He commented to coming on Tuesday between 11 and 1. He was at my house at 11 am and repaired the issue by 11:20. He sent a quick video clip of the repair since I was out of state at the time. If you need a handyman service, I highly recommend giving Eddie a call.

Twain completely transformed my kitchen. He replaced my window with a smaller window which entailed matching the masonry on the exterior wall. He removed the awful fluorescent lights in the soffit and installed LED fixtures. Besides gutting the whole room, he also resurfaced the walls so they looked brand new! He also moved plugs, and did all the plumbing.

Twain is very easy to work with. Very receptive to your ideas but never afraid to offer suggestions (you don't know what you don't know!). I'm SUPER happy with the results!
