This service is AWESOME! My kids didn't have lice but I was so concerned that they did because we kept getting notices that kids in their class had lice. Heather equipped me with the appropriate lice comb and went through the steps of checking for lice and exactly what to do if I do find lice in their hair. Wow, she put all my fears to rest.
