I can't say enough about my experience with Z Plumberz of North Atlanta. Scheduling was a breeze, and the staff was extremely pleasant. Marcus Hood (plumber) came right in, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, came back the next morning with the part to get us back on track right away. Very reasonably priced, as well. He was patient, friendly, and professional. 5-star service from start to finish.

I was in need of a plumber to repair a pipe in my 2nd bathroom. I called Z Plumberz and was surprised to how quickly they responded. Marcus came over and was amazing. He was very polite, professional and very informative. I was impressed that he took the time to educate me on how to avoid some plumbing issues. Horrible company to work with, once they’re paid they will no longer respond to emails or return calls if you have any issues with their installation. After failing our plumbing inspection due to improper hot water tank installation I’m starting to wonder if the good reviews they have are fake. We hired them to install a hot water tank, they said they’re job is finished and don’t care if the hot water is working or not after initially scheduling an appointment to have some one come out to assess the issue which ended up being a no call no show. They’ve been ignoring my calls and emails every since while transferring us to their phone answering company.

Super thankful for them. My trash compactor stopped working and I was looking for same day service. They were able to get someone out within an hour to me to check out the problem. He came back next day to complete the repair and worked with my home warranty for approval.
