Great Company to work with.

My first time being serviced by Titan Plumbing and Electric and I am by far satisfied. My technician today was Joey Coppage. He very willing to wear a mask before entering my home. He solved a problem that has been a challenge for other plumbers in the past. He was very professional and detailed about his work. He took time to explain the issues and other ways to help prevent what’s happening. He also provided a solution to a bigger problem that I was previously told was impossible. He is very knowledgeable on the work he does. Communicated very well and a friendly tech. I highly recommend Joey and this company.

I called tricon at 730pm Monday night with emergency, my sewage line was blocked, and less than an hour later Joey was on his way, driving an hour each way to get to me in Sarasota. Joey was great, he couldn't resolve the issue that night but he came back with Corbin the next day and they got the line cleared and they spent the time to educate me on the issue and any next steps. I would definitely recommend and use Titan again. Joey and Corbin are both exceptional team members. Titan, please take care of them, you guys got two workers that know their trade and how to provide great customer service. Thank you.

Titan techs were very knowledgeable about a tank-less water heater that was installed in code violation. They relocated plumbing and electric for the new heater. I would use this company again for all plumbing and electrical needs. Office staff was very pleasant and easy to work with during changes. Accommodating! Fair price.

Joey Coppage did a great job fixing our washer plumbing. He was very informative and quick working.

I called Titan to help with a sewer lateral repair that needed to be done quickly. They were able to respond in a timely manner and sent out their service tech named Vince. I was very impressed with Vince's knowledge and his professional demeanor. He was able to fix the problem while keeping a very curious homeowner in-the-loop and confident with the repair. Vince turned me into a Titan fan.

Titan always responds quickly and meets my schedule to perform any work needed. Dennis came out yesterday to help install a switch for a new ceiling fan. He always takes the extra time to ensure I know if there is a problem and how to fix it. This company has provided plumbing for us in the past and the work was excellent and the price was right. Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or electric services!!

Joey was amazing. He came out after hours to fix the leak. We really appreciated him coming late at night to fix it.

I needed work done at my house, when I saw my neighbors were using Titan plumbing and electric. I figured if they trusted and recommend them then I would certainly give them a try. They came the next day to do the plumbing and day after for electric work. Mark did the plumbing work, installed a new kitchen faucet and cleared clogs. Love my new faucet and sinks drain faster than ever. The next day Dennis arrived to complete the electrical work in my kitchen. Some of my kitchen wall outlets weren't working. He replaced all the outlets with these new designer ones, they look and all work great. Mark and Dennis were very friendly, pleasant and enjoyed their company. I couldn’t have been more pleased with them and work they did. I will certainly recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors, should they have plumbing or electrical issues in their homes. Scott of Titan Plumbing replaced a troublesome tankless water heater for me today (a Saturday) and did a very good job! He was professional, courteous, and efficient in his efforts. I will recommend him in the future!

I called Titan Plumbing last evening (this is my second time using them and the first time was also phenomenal) when our outside water line burst and cut off all pressure inside my home. Letitia took my call and was very patient with me as I attempted to explain what was happening. She assured me someone would be dispatched shortly and that all would be fixed. Tim called me a few minutes later to share he was on the way but might take a bit longer than usual as he was coming through traffic - I really appreciated the call and how he set accurate expectations for me. When Tim arrived, he was nothing but kind, patient, professional, thorough and explained what was needed and what I could expect as he was working. His work was thorough and of utmost quality. I am so grateful for the folks at Titan Plumbing and will 100% for certain use them again as life happens and we need them. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!!

The manager Latisha is extremely rude. I called to complain about none of my calls being returned. Their technician didn’t fix my issue that I paid for. They first sent me out a technician who tried to scam me and they say that’s not their problem because they got rid of him. Latisha Constantly spoke over me. I run the HOA at 2 of our communities that we only recommend Titan, but not anymore. I do not recommend at all. Unprofessional customer service can cost you a lo

The work they did went well, but they broke part of my closet door and didn’t tell me— I only saw it after they had left.

Also, I was interested in a career in plumbing as it’s a trade I’ve considered in the past, and when I asked the technician a couple questions about how someone could get into the field, he said that they don’t hire women. Or rather- women aren’t hired by the older men that work in plumbing.

I thought the whole service went well until the end there when I found out sexism is still a problem in plumbing and when I found that they didn’t tell me about the damage.

Whoever is driving your business van #1901 at 11:45am on Thursday June 27 is driving like a bat out of hell and weaving in and out of traffic. I'm going the speed limit and your driver never gets ahead. He is always one car ahead of me at the next stop light. So, what good is speeding and weaving like a mad man? Hope he is better at his job than endangering lives on the roadways of North Tampa.

My toilet was leaking. I called Titan and they answered the phone right away and gave me an appointment for 8am the next morning. The Technician, Tim arrived on time. My toilet was not able to be repaired so Tim replaced it. Tim was very professional and did an outstanding job installing the toilet and cleaning up after. I will definitely use Tital again if I'm in need of plumbing services.

On 2/1, Vince came over and installed a new water heater at our residence. Vince was on time, professional and very personable. We had a great conversation all while he did the job. The work came out very clean and we have a normal supply of hot water, finally. I just moved to Tampa and am so grateful y'all sent out Vince. I'm renting a location in Tampa and had an expected leak. My rental company called this company called Titan plumbing and was met by Israel and Shane. Both of them were phenomenal to work with. They were both punctual and professional. They not only educated me on the what the problem may be but also gave me tips on what to do to prevent any further plumbing problems in the near or distant future. All in all great experience.

My experiences with Titan Plumbing, specifically Mark Buntyn, absolutely earned a 5 star rating, with an additional compliment to the two different women I spoke to on phone calls to schedule the work. Mark was a good communicator, and his work was perfect.

Upgraded my electrical service and replaced my panel with a brand new one. Moved my washer and dryer from one part of the house to the other side. Israel and Joseph were amazing! They were hard workers and knew exactly what they were doing! Price was competitive and work was done in two days (pretty big job). Would recommend in the future and use again when needed! A+++

The work that Dennis and Ron did was outstanding. They replaced old lighting with new LED recessed lighting and repaired a few electric light fixtures/switches. They noticed that one of the light covers/plate had a crack on it and they replaced it. They gave me a quote and did the work the same day. They even vacuumed the floor. What was supposed to be a very easy installation turned out to be much more complicated and lengthy. Dennis handled the entire professionally and with a great attitude. Custom lights are now installed and the cleanup was perfect.

Tommy Yates did an amazing job for us. He was polite, hard working, and made sure we were satisfied with the work he performed.

The technician that came out was Tommy Yates . Tommy was on time, wearing a mask and booties over his shoes. He was very polite and friendly. He listened attentively to the issues I was having and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, show me the problem, explained things clearly and advised me on how to prevent certain issues. Not only did Tommy resolve the issues, but I learned a lot and he gave me some great recommendations! Titan plumbing always does a great job, but Tommy was especially awesome today!

They sent someone out the same day. Vince accomplished the job, was willing to explain things and was polite, courteous and friendly. He even took the time to answer a couple of questions not related to the original problem.

Extremely expensive! I got an estimate from the tech to install 2 surge protectors on home breaker panels for $900 which I thought was very high but I used them in the past so I’m aware of this. I already own the surge protectors so that’s not in the price.
After the estimate he told me he can’t install b/c he doesn’t have 30 amp wire so it’ll be another day.
I called to reschedule and they changed the estimate to $1500 to install 2 surge protectors that I already own. I cancelled and they still charged a dispatch fee.

100% would recommend. Most likely the best technician we have had out here to help. Very patient and supper nice Joey Coppage 100% best man for the job. Thank you so much! Will use this company again.

Leticia was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She kept us up to date and helped us to make sure all of the problems were properly fixed! Corbin and Joey R were so professional! They showed up on time and knew exactly what to do! They were able to fix our issues and let us know any other problems we may run into as we are renting an older property. We ran into issues with one tech, Kevin, but Leticia was able to deploy Joey and Corbin who came in and saved the day!

I have spent thousands between a shower remodeling and an outside faucet repair. Now I have a leaky faucet and a GFI outlet that will not reset. Being a past customer means nothing and I was told I would have to pay $30 to a plumber and $30 to an electrician before I could know how much repair would be. Since repeat business means nothing I might as well call other companies.

Today's experience, with Titan Plumbing and Electric, was outstanding. The service person, who arrived, was knowledgeable, efficient, and knew exactly how to handle the problem. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Electric located in Tampa. The

Scott came out and installed some bathroom faucets and toilet handles, doing a great job, including cleaning up. Had a minor glitch in one of the installs and they were out to correct problem within hours, on a Saturday. Will definitely use again.

Vince was amazing, on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came in checked everything out and went straight to work on the issue right away, once he was done he walked me through everything that he did and told me some pointers about the plumbing and what to look out for (we are in a slightly older home). 10/10 will always be using this company thanks to Vince!!!

I called titan for water heater repair spoke with Ariana who scheduled a plumber to come out to give estimate for repairs. To water heater Mike came out he was on time and efficient,professional ,courteous and knew his job well he replaced water heater in little to no time He was amazing in every aspect of his profession I can’t say that enough very personable he is definitely an asset to your company if I have anymore issues with plumbing I will definitely call on mike at this company Thank you again mike for an awesome experience.

Beware! Free is Not Free!
I called to get the free estimate from the postcard that I got in the mail. The hot water pressure in my kitchen was very low so I thought no harm in getting it checked out. Wrong! The plumber that came was nice enough and full of advice. He was able to isolate the problem to the faucet itself. However I never imagined he would leave me with such a mess. Yes, new problems. Not only does the faucet now leak so does under my sink. I called and spoke to someone who identified herself as the manager who told me they can’t send anyone till Tuesday. The problem is today is Friday. On top of that she became defensive and repeated several times that they didn’t charge me.

I may have to give them a try even though we love our current service. I wanted to leave a note about Victor. He was servicing my neighbor's house when the neighborhood electricity went out. As I was headed to get another neighbor to help me with my garage door,I asked him since he was headed to his truck in the street. Without hesiation he helped me unlock the door and held it up while I backed my car out. He didn't have to but it's just a good guy... they are in short supply these days. Thank you... if he is an example of Titan employees, we may be switching plumbers!

I recently moved in to a new house and have been here for less than a week, last night my water heater pretty much exploded overnight and started smoking and got damaged. My property management hired Titan Plumbing + Electric to come fix this issue and not only did they get there on time/early and thoroughly communicated before/during/after, the technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and replaced the water-heater in a timely manner/just a few hours. The gentleman that came to our house was super kind and helpful :) I had a super positive experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone I know!

I knew because of his recommendation this was the company to call. Dennis came out and he is the nicest guy. Very professional and could not be happier. Service was greatthe technician was polite . they replaced my old pipes and replaced my water heater. .however after the job was finished they sent me an additional bill for an electrical work. They immediately addressed the issue. They also left me a finished surface for the replacement tiles after the job was done . I would highly recommend them.

Called our rental management company regarding a clogged drain. They connected me with Titan. Titan made an appointment within 48 hours and the technician was Joey C. Joey was able to not only fix the clog in the stack, but also contacted the rental agent about the hotness of the water in the bathrooms. He got authorization to fix that issue, too! I am grateful for this experience with Titan and Joey C.

Joey was our technician and he was great. We had a leak under our tile floor and he arranged to have a leak detection co come to find the leak. I will definitely use this co again

Not only was everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person incredibly friendly and helpful, but my plumber, Mark, went above and beyond to help me out. I was at my wits end with my issue and he made sure to complete everything in one trip, even when I ran into an additional problem. Let me just say that this is one of the best service companies I have ever used. I had a plumbing and electrical problem and they took care of both of the them in the same day. From the initial call to the office to dealing with both service techs, everyone was so polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. Price was even affordable. Definitely recommend this company. They are awesome!!!

We had a small bathroom job that required an electrician and a plumber. Titan had both available and in one day we had the electrician (Dennis) and plumber (Mark) show up and withing a few hours our job was done. They were both great at social distancing, very clean and very quick and professional. The job was handled on the first visit and most of all, they were really friendly. Really nice guys. This is a really good service and if you need either plumbing or electrical, then I recommend Titan.

website advertises free estimates and quotes... called and gave them all my info, then was informed there's $50 something dollar service charge...

Next day service. Dispatch called and said the tech was on their way in 30-min. The tech (Joey Coppxxx) called 10-min out before arriving. He was super professional and knew his business. I wish more maintenance/repair personnel were like him. I would certainly do business again and recommend to others.

Called and talked to Latisha who was extremely rude would not let me speak to anyone about a large remodel job. She said she was the manager and in charge Refuse to provide me any ones name or phone number to help me then hung up on me. Be on the look out for her

We had what seemed to be a simple water leak from the base of the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Mr. Tommy Yates was sent out as our technician and found that not only the wax ring was damaged, but roots from the big tree outside were growing up into the plumbing pipes. Mr. Yates, repaired the ring, pulled up the roots, replaced the toilet with a new one, and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate his work ethic. I give this company 5 stars based on Mr. Yates work and customer service. He's very friendly, lets you know exactly what he's doing, and ensures that you understand. I'm a happy customer. 8/11/2020

Jill responded immediately, and when we set up the appointment, Israel showed up promptly, evaluated the situation, was professional, and seemed very knowledgeable.
