Quick, friendly and honest service! Called them for a shower valve repair. Another plumber told me I’d have to go in through the back wall and replace the entire housing. $$$$ 😫 Oasis Plumbing came in and fixed my problem and told me they saved me over $300 in parts and labor! THANK YOU!

This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater. They scheduled us for the next day and showed up on time with everything needed for the job! They are a professional, courteous, knowledgeable team. I am grateful to them for their timely service and expertise. They exceeded all expectations and I am saving their number to give out to anyone that I know with plumbing issues. Thank you for getting my parents hot water again!

My first need for a plumber since moving to El Paso. Mando and Becky called ahead, arrived on time, hit the ground running, worked hard and fast. Efficient. Professinoal. I scheduled to fix one toilet. They were gracious enough to check a second toilet and determined it needed repair as well. Mando handle the upstairs. Becky, the downstairs. They fixed in minutes what I couldn't fix in hours. (They didn't even make fun of me for messing it up so badly!) They were both extremely conscientious, polite, mask-wearing, professional and cleaned up quite nicely. No trace that I had repair work done whatsoever. Several payment options are available. A detailed recipt to boot. I'm a very happy customer and have added Oasis Plumbing Repair to my trusted contacts list. Highly recommended. No deficiencies noted.

He took the time to explain the trouble shooting process and outcome. He addressed all my questions and any concerns. The team of plumbers (possibly father and daughter) showed up same day within a very reasonable time and got my pipe leak fixed quickly and for a LOT less then my quote from another company that barely even moved my refrigerator to see where the issue was exactly. This team even spent an extra 10min helping me with my shower faucet at no charge since it was such a small issue, but still very much appreciated! Will definitely call them again when needed.

I needed a sink plumbed and a drain cleared. I called other businesses but no one either answered, returned my call, or tried to charge me for some emergency fee to come same the day. I got ahold of Oasis and they were able to send someone within an hour no upcharge No nonsense.
The plumber they sent was Armando. He was very professional you did a good job. He made sure to test the plumbing before he left and cleaned up after himself. It was like he was never even here. I will make sure if there's any plumbing I need in the future I will give them a call first above everyone else.

Mando and his daughter Becky came out today (Saturday) and used a water jet to clear our sewer line. They only charged $200. Rotor Rooter wanted $675. It is now working. They did an excellent job. They are very friendly yet veryprofessional. I would HIGHLLY recommend them again.

I highly recommend calling Oasis Plumbing Repair Company for any plumbing work you need.
Our hot water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. After getting the leak stopped I called Oasis Plumbing when they opened in the morning, and in spite of their scheduled work for the day they came to my house before 11:00 am to provide an estimate, and then had all the new water heater installation work completed before 2:00 pm. The work was very high quality, the price was reasonable, and the service was professional in every way.

Update to this review* Just used them today Sept 16 2022! Last time was about 5 years ago, glad to see they have same great service and prices. Called at 9 am, said be there before noon gave me a call at 10:30 that they would be here in 20 minutes. Always recommend them to all my fam and friends.*

Very happy with his service to our water heater. We thought we were going to have to buy a new one but he was able to fix it. Called him at 10:30am and he called me at noon to let me know he was on his way. Very nice man, reasonable price, will call again for anything else.

Cannot recommend the Oasis team strongly enough! The entire Oasis team is outstanding. From the initial call, to the updates on arrival time expected, to the essential service provided at a fair price. Mando Jr finished a fairly complex job for our family yesterday, taking it on despite it being toward the end of his duty day. He tackled the job with quiet professionalism and won the battle against a stubborn component. We are grateful for his response and the time he devoted to restoring proper plumbing to our kitchen. We’ve called Oasis for help in our recently purchased home twice in the past two weeks and have been equally impressed both times.

I called yesterday to get my heat turned on and they told me they would call me the next day. I didnt hear from them at all so I took it apon myself to call them at 3:30 in the afternoon , since I had not heard from them all day and they tell me they cant make it to my house, meanwhile its snowing and 30 degrees. They never even let me know they couldn’t make it.

Oasis Plumbing Company has saved us so much money. Last year our water bill was through the roof up in the 1000s, and we couldn't figure out why. I had 3 experts come to our house before I called Oasis, and neither of them could find the leak. So I finally contacted Mando at Oasis plumbing. He came over the same day and immediately saw the issue. Not only did he mend the leak, but he also gave us pointers on reducing our water consumption. As a result, our water bill dropped significantly. I am now paying much less than I did before the leak! I highly recommend this company.
