I called ARS rescue rooter to come fix a tub sprout mess from a previous service, they broke the volve in the middle. See attached picture. ARS technician Eduard Kroshchuk did an excellent job. He first spent time to measure and cut an exact place on drywall from behind the broken volve, he then cut off the wood behind the drywall, and then use the tool to take off the broken volve. After that he installed the new volve and Soldered the pipe. Every step was doing with professional and care. I’m more than happy with the results. I highly recommend Eddie for his outstanding work.

Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I was able to reach them after hours to make a quick appt to repair a leak in my backyard faucet. The leak was large enough I had to shut off water to my home. They were empathetic and professional and gave me a five hour window for the service. The professional plumber that was sent was prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, and honest. He explained what was needed and although I didn’t love the price I understood the cost. Hopefully I won’t need their help again in the near future but would definitely recommend them…and thanks again to Ed for being so professional and pleasant to work with (and for being kind to my dog). It made the cost a little less painful.
This company is AMAZING!! Not only did I get a callback, but they were super responsive even letting me know well before their arrival time that they would be a little late. Chris was the lead plumber and was super helpful and very clean. Both guys were awesome, clean, professional, and knowledgeable. If you have plumbing issues, this is a great business!!

We had 2 clogged drains and a leaky faucet.The plumbing specialist that investigated/repaired our clogged drain was AMAZING.Cody was professional, polite, honest, informative, punctual, and super friendly.He very quickly fixed our shower issue of a clogged drain. He gave estimates on the leaky faucet and clogged drain in the bathtub, which were much more complex.He educated us on everything plumbing related.When we go back to ARS, we will request Cody specifically to repair our remaining list of issues. He truly is the best.

I requested an appointment to service my Kitchen Drain and was said to that it will be serviced the day of. Received a call saying they had to reschedule to 2 days later. Accepted the new appointment which was to be between 10am-2pm - Service employee called to say they will arrive at 2pm but never did. Waited 2 hours with no response. I am 100% disappointed with this service and if you're looking for a guaranteed better experience with your plumbing needs, I would suggest not utilizing this organization as they will leave you hanging with no response or follow up.

ARS / Rescue Rooter was quick to respond when we had a main line clog. They were able to help us same-day and over the weekend. They were informative, quick, and fairly priced. Plus they helped by recommending restoration specialists to assist in clearing up any water damage. Excellent service!
I very much appreciated the gentleman who came to evaluate my sink. He was very honest in telling me your pricing. However, the pricing was way over the top! Therefore, I did not choose the service. Thank you for your honesty and thank you for not charging me an entrance fee.

Robert the technician was running late due to other jobs that took longer than expected. He still came out even though it was after 5 did a thorough clean out of my clogged drain and checked all pipes in my kitchen as well. The price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Robert and ARS.

He gave me reasonable options, explaining the pros and cons of each. His installation was efficient and neat, and he told me to call him directly if any questions or problems arise.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped coordinate 2 other companies to complete work in our basement. There was 4 inches of standing water, so they got in touch with a company that could remove it, and we needed a new outlet, so they contacted an electrician for us, too. Streamlined multiple days work into less than 1 business day.
I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

The underground pipes in our house were falling apart and clogged up. We had used ARS/Rescue Rooter before and had great service. So we called them again when the toilet backed up. Now it was time to redo the pipes. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everything they did was explained so we knew exactly what needed to be done and what was being done. We definitely have recommended them to everyone we know.
We had a sewer backup on a weekend and ARS got us on the schedule for a drain snake on a Sunday. Ruben was very kind, quick, and professional (and was great with our excitable dog). He and his supervisor came back the next day to inspect our drain and propose a repair and they were both great. Service was extremely reasonable. We'll be adding Ruben and ARS to our toolbox of contractors from now on!

They were able to arrive same-day, when other companies were a day out. Roberto, the tech was very professional and friendly. He was able to cut through some fine roots in the main line to septic tank connection. I’m running copper sulfate for now, to kill remaining roots, and will repair later.
A great experience with the company and their technician Cody Bart. They have scheduled the technician to come over weekend that too on New year Jan 1st within 24 hours.Cody did the thorough inspection of the toilet blockage. Instead of upselling more expensive options like hydro jetting, tearing the floor etc he pulled out roots and found the source right on the flange and cut it out.I have shown it to multiple plumbers and they are all suggesting repairs and no one did an extra effort of removing the wax ring to look at the details of root encroachment..Cody is an exceptional professional who goes the extra mile to find the issue and fix it. We had a mainline clog, toilets didn’t flush, sinks didn’t drain… Scott & Bill came to the rescue! The cleared out the mainline & fixed our toilets all for a good price. Super friendly & efficient, I would use them again in the future, but hopefully no more plumbing issues & for now, everything works great!

i have to say this was the most professional and pleasant technician that came to my house ! he found the problem - showed me the estimate and did the repair and i never had to ask a question because he gave me all the information up front - also when i called the young lady was so nice and helpful- i willhighly recommend this company to whoever asks for a plumbing need- i called 3 other places and they would have left me hanging till next week , including a reputable company that i used for my a/c and bought a home rewards membership policy stating that if i had an emergency they would be out within 24 hours- not true; truly disappointed because they would have left me hanging for 6 days .. this company was true to their advertisement. I thanks them so much for making the rest of this rainy day sunday tolerable !!

We had a main line clog at a rental property. Rescue Rooter sent out a tech named Tom the next day who was friendly and professional, and most important he cleared the clog in no time. The tenant and I were very relieved. From past experience with different companies I was apprehensive to use one of the big guys but in the end I couldn't have been happier.

I have no clue about their pricing or the quality of their technicians, because I was unable to actually get anyone at my house. I originally got a Wednesday afternoon appointment, which was then cancelled on me. I rescheduled to Friday afternoon, and took four hours off of work to meet a plumber. After calling at 3pm and being assured a plumber would be there, I was called after 4pm (the end of the window), and told they could not come to my house that day. The dispatch requested that I reschedule for 8:00-12:00 on Saturday, which I agreed to. After sitting at my house all morning, I called ARS at 11:15, and was informed it would be 1-2 more hours until a plumber could be there. I decided to cancel and go with someone else. I'm out 4 hours of vacations time because ARS could not accurately schedule their technicians.

I scheduled for a quote, the person who showed up was very professional and honest, I knew my situation could have been a bigger issue/require a lot more work than expected and he was honest. Miguel was fantastic installing our tankless water heater. The company itself? I'd rather just deal with Miguel. He should go into business for himself. A great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. The company does not trust the client or the employee. After we signed the authorization with Miguel, we were forced to speak with a company rep in Quality Assurance who made us repeat back everything Miguel had just told us, like they didn't trust that Miguel explained things properly. Also, we were told when I made the initial inquiry that the estimate would be free. As Miguel was on his way over, a company rep called and said the estimate would be $98 dollars, doing a bait and switch. Like I said, Miguel was great. The company? I'll just call Miguel directly from now on...

My toilet was backed up. Ruben gave me two options he could auger the toilet or pull the toilet. I told him I had changed toilet paper to a two ply. We decided to try the auger. It worked. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely ARS and Ruben.
Tom was on-time, profession and really nice. Explained everything and was clean and careful in his installation. ARS we have used for many years for various things… never disappointed.
I had a plumbing backup in my bathroom main line. They came out and told me they would need to demo my toilet to fix the issue. The total bill came out to $5,670. Would not attempt to snake out the clog through my shower drain, which was also backed up.A friend referred me to another plumber. He came out and used a snake along with some sodium tablets and hot water down the shower drain. He charged me $220. Let me know if you need somebody who isnt' going to price gouge you.

The service was good the price was excessive …IDK. But felt the quote was off…The repairs was made but be careful on the price. I was quoted 2500$ to replace a shower tap and another 250$ to replace the spout. After checking on Home Depot sites the price of similar shower tap was a fraction of the price quoted, at 175 to 250.. To rebuild the tap they quoted 745.00$ IDK if anyone out there knows pricing on repairs let me know if this was a fair price?…
