I personally have had nothing but good experiences here. Shawn is always quick efficient and very helpful. It does feel like they cycles through employees a little often but hopefully they keep Brandon and Alex around.

. Rude, and horrible customer service. Didn’t want to help me, and also pretended to look for items I asked for them said the didn’t have anything for me to buy. Take your money elsewhere. I’d give them a 0 if I could.

Shawn is the only guy with any experience the place stays around 75 degrees but I see him dripping sweat while he handles his sales while helping and I don’t discredit them the two trying to do there job insider information I feel the son who took over apex might want to take a few things from hos father’s play book if he’s listening money comes from repeat business nothing fancy

Staffs nice but unfortunately this place is being run into the ground and will be closed down soon. There are only 2 people working the supply counter, and only one of them even knows anything about plumbing parts. Other one needs help for every order and. Takes way too long to get parts and they are out of most things, and aren't ordering new stuff either. I give this place 6 months before its sold, demolished, and a hotel is built there. Corporate came in and ruined this place.

Amazing people that got us taken care of the right way! After running around town to all of the different plumbing supply stores to no avail, Economy Supply had what we were needing. Definitely visit these guy's for all of your Plumbing Supply needs!

Very prompt and knowledgeable service from all people that I spoke with in the store. Very clean showroom with some beautiful fixtures and also the needed parts for repairs. I highly recommend Economy Supply Company.

Sue was a dedicated, knowledgeable, and respectful counter person. She adjusted to a very difficult, male dominated work environment, with grace and good humor. She was an asset to Economy Supply. Hope you're enjoying your retirement Sue. Thanks for many good years of service.
