Best Weekly Service in Phoenix AZ

One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever worked with. Even as a regular customer, appointments are constantly missed and then they pop up on a different day with zero notice. That’s only if they even manage to show up at all, working with a landscaping company shouldn’t be so difficult. I can only speak on my experience, but if you’re looking for reliability then check elsewhere

Excellent landscaper

They service my neighbor so I asked them if they would service my yard. One of the workers gave me Alfredo's number who then set it up. Only to stop showing up and stop responding a couple months later. I then called the company directly only to find out I was never set up with them and that Alfredo was pocketing the money and they wouldn't be responsible. The GM said Alfredo was still with the company and while he initially agreed to officially set up service for me, he later said they wouldn't be able to do since the guy who did steal from the company was still with them. GREAT JOB!

I cannot believe the blatant ignoring my messages and phone call. I had arranged for you to come and do my lawn and palm trees today at 1, and then you NEVER SHOWED UP!!! No phone call, no message returned, no apology, nothing. This is NOT how you get loyal customers. So irritated!!!! Never again!!!!
