Best Residential Ac in Phoenix AZ
The job came in on budget. They didn't quibble about nits and addressed most issues. The end result was good and there were even some spectacular results for some parts of the job.
2000 sq ft of travertine patio paver going over the existing patio and around the pool
coping and tile around the pool
Alumawood patio extension
Small wall around pool equipment
The spectacular: The guys doing the stone work with the travertine were phenomenal. And the designer was phenomenal - attentive but great ideas and quickly came up with suggestions and improvements. He is the reason I chose this company. They weren't the cheapest, but definitely the way to go if you need help envisioning the work.
The OK, The Alumawood patio looks good, but leaks because the electrician drilled holes in the beam and sleeve, so it leaks right through the ceiling fan.
In general the contractors were good and cleaned up after themselves.
Areas for improvement:
- coordination between contractors and foreman - job started months late.
- had to drain my pool twice because of mis-communications
- electricians not terribly good. Have some pretty wacky wiring runs because they didn't follow plans
- Almost got a the wrong kind of cinder block because of miscommunication (the existing block wall is tan, and the small pocket wall to hide the pool equipment was supposed to match. Had I not been there on day one, I'd have gotten gray block of a different size and type.)
- Slow ... it took a week for the guys putting up the patio to dig 3 holes for the footers.
- Patio (aluma wood installers) almost didn't follow plan from the design and would have left significant gaps between existing and new patio. Had to argue a little and when I suggested we take it to the foreman, he agreed that I was correct. Later he admitted that it would not have worked had he done what he started to do.
Advice for prospective customer of any contractor - be present at selected points in the process. It's critical and will save costly mistakes and a lot of aggravation.
This is a good company and they do good work. They aren't perfect, but then, no one is.

1635 W Park View Ln # 2, Phoenix, AZ 85085
I have had this turf less than 1.5 years and it needs to be torn up. Basically it lays over when walking and no matter how much raking and maintenance I've done it just looks terrible. They sent out a rep and he even admitted it wants to just lay down after he combed it with a hair brush 20x! Their warranty department denied the claim. Never use this company or their products.
