We had an amazing experience working with Chad and the Ground Zero team on our outdoor travertine project. At a time when contractor's are increasingly unresponsive and deliver underwhelming quality, Chad is a rare find that still operates with the utmost professionalism and will do whatever it takes to make sure his customers love the final product. His team installed 2k sqft of travertine on our front and back patio and we absolutely love how it looks. When a shipping mistake required a second tile delivery, Chad took ownership of it and covered the additional shipping cost out of pocket. When I expressed concerns with a few small details of the installation, Chad immediately visited the project and put his team into action to fix every detail and then some. His communication was tremendous from start to finish, and I will definitely be working with Ground Zero again on future projects.

Sal completely redid our irrigation system, both in the front and back of the house, and installed 900 square feet of sod. He communicated throughout the whole process, finished the job earlier than planned, and did an amazing job at a good price. He even checked in on me a few days later to see how the sod was doing.
