I call Victors Landscaping out for those pesky weeds that pop up all the time. I have used them consistently for over a year. The reason I do, is, when I call and tell them what I need they go ahead and set the apt up as quickly as possible I work all the time so I am never ho me when they come out to do the work , but, I know they have been there when I get home. Not only do they take care of the weeds, but they go above and beyond by straightening the decorative rock, and cleaning my carport.
