I can't even help myself - I HAVE to write a review about this company because I cannot believe how nice they were to me..... and I wasn't even a costumer!!!! I called and made a request over the phone to have some of their palm fronds for a party I was throwing. Brandon was so nice to me and went out of his way to make sure his guys saved some for me the next day. I told him I would pick them up so it wasn't any problem for the workers but he said it was no problem and had them delivered to my house. Who does that?!?!?! They are so nice and I can tell by that that this company cares about quality customer service, or in my case non-costumer quality service.
