The estimate for my backyard was much lower than other estimates and they even helped me save money on materials! The peace of mind was always being in the known. Communication was outstanding and they stuck to their word every step of the way! My backyard turned out perfect! I can’t wait to complete future projects with Landscaping Authority! Great job!

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.

This company never shows up and you have to call them to remind them you are a customer. It is almost impossible to get a hold of them and they never, NEVER answer your questions. We came home one day and our window was cracked, we mentioned it to the company. They immediately mentioned they did a quality check on our windows and nothing was broken. Why would they have to mention that? Well, a week later we received an email telling us they could not service our home due to them be understaffed from Covid-19. How convenient! Well we have cameras now.....DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!
