Best Commercial Office in Phoenix AZ

Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

Although our patio with our condo is small and this is a minor account for Victor's, they always treat us with the respect and service as larger jobs. Their work is beyond our expectations. I especially appreciate their follow up emails for seasonal pruning, etc. I would highly recommend Victor's for both large and small landscaping and maintenance needs.

Great service

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
