We were given a consultation on t status of all our locks and provided options and timely service. made multiple trips over t course of t week to get all of t work done and even came by on t weekend wn normally isn't working. We feel much more secure in our home as a result. We would absolutely recommend him for his service, knowledge, and years of experience.

I will admit the guys there are friendly. The problem is the jeep my boyfriend paid in full for, the title was not done the guy who was on the title with his wife did not sign it. So it cant be transferred to my boyfriend until it gets done. That is something that should of been done when they sold it to the dealer. They were supposed to of towed the jeep to my boyfriends house until the title was fixed, they never showed up. Im not happy about this cause its a $3000 investment that we can even use until the title gets done.

After a year of suffering with it since the dealership was charging me $400, I took advantage and received a wonderful discount on the programming of the key fob to my car. He unlocked the car within 5 minutes of being here. I'm glad I phoned Express Locksmith after locking myself out of my car over the weekend and shopping about for a fair fee. The fastest response time and best price were provided by Express Locksmith. Nothing was harmed.

I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

Reliable and very professional

I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.

Had one house key copied. Easy quick good price. What’s not to like?
