Scheduling was very easy and every representative I talked to was courteous. Our technician, Kevin was very nice and pleasant person. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I used CopperStar Security through my home warranty. I was allowed a certain number of locks and would have to pay extra. I do wish when chatting with them, they would had emphasized or corrected me that it wasn't the number of doors, but the number of keyholes. But that was my mistake, not theirs. I would use this company again.
