I called Key Express when I was locked out of my home. The technician was here within 30 minutes and opened my door immediately. It was so great to have someone come this fast.

I had the Yale KeyExpress Car Lockout Service and I was very pleased with the result. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough. They were able to help me with my car lock issues within a few hours. It took them less than an hour to change out my locks and make new keys for me. It was a very quick fix and I would definitely use them again if needed!

The REAL deal in quality cutting of keys. We called 3 other locksmiths who were mobile. But because we wanted the key cut right away and didn't want to schedule something hours later, we went straight to the shop. Our key was NOT a standard Kiwi blank, but they had the right blank and cut a key that truly worked -- vs picking a lock with a key cut at a hardware store.

The cut key we bought works perfectly. I would go to A-1 for all of my keys in the future. They have a broad spectrum of expertise in the shop from which they consult among themselves if there are any challenged with your key/lock conditions.

Both times I've used them was perfect. The kiosk is SOOOO convenient.

The Locksmith was patient, kind and understanding. He was here promptly, and went above and beyond to get us back in the house. If all of the employees at Yale KeyExpress are at his standard, I would strongly recommend never going anywhere else. Five stars, cannot recommend enough.

Showed up promptly as scduled, bulock was beyond repair. Showed me exactly whawas broken and gave solid advice on wre to go from re. Will be my firscall for any locksmith needs from now on.
