I called Yale KeyExpress because my car's key wouldn't turn in the lock. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional, and she gave me a quote over the phone that was quite reasonable. The technician showed up promptly, and he was very nice as well. He took his time to explain everything to me, and he even made sure that I understood what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the locksmith services I had requested!

I highly recommend Aardvark Affordable Lock. The gentleman we dealt with was very responsive and worked with our schedule. We will definitely call them again if we need their services. It is refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about the customer!

He was highly professional and arrived on time. After a year of suffering with it since the dealership was charging me $400, I took advantage and received a wonderful discount on the programming of the key fob to my car. He unlocked the car within 5 minutes of being here. I'm glad I phoned Express Locksmith after locking myself out of my car over the weekend and shopping about for a fair fee. The fastest response time and best price were provided by Express Locksmith. Nothing was harmed.

We recently moved to a new home with 6 doors to the outside, each with their own key, which we needed re-keyed. The work was scheduled within a few days, the technician was prompt, courteous, eager to perform the work as we desired. The work was done quickly, and to our complete satisfction.

I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

He’s was very fast and quick easy as 123.

They did the job. We have a keyless deadbolt. Only way in was drill through the door. We could have done it ourselves truth be told. However, we didn’t have the tools and the expertise to determine the lock and clicks to turn the deadbolt. We waited over an hour, nearly two hours for someone to call and to come out. Had to send pictures out. We had multiple locksmiths from different companies come out and turn down the job because they didn’t want the liability. Hector from Sitton was the only one that came out with a very simple solution of drilling through the door. I’m not happy about the whole experience or process or damage to the door. When you’re locked out, it is what it is and you got to take what you can. Out the door, I was charged $300. $150 for being on a Sunday. $100 for emergency lock out and the last $50 for drilling the door. 2 holes had to be drilled because hector missed the first one and drilled too high. We had to sign agreement that we we fully responsible for the damages. Again, it is what it is. $300 to get me back in my apartment even though the apartment would have only charged me $150 for damaged door and $25 per lock. It would have been cheaper had I just waited for the apartment leasing office to open the next day and get it fixed. However, my husband and I came home Sunday night after a long trip out of town. We just wanted to get in and shower and sleep. It would have costed around the same $300 for the hotel. Like I said, it is what it is. Locksmiths are way too expensive. And I guess I’m just thankful that Sitton Locksmith bit the bullet and actually came out to do the job. No matter what we had told the other locksmiths from the different companies, that we will pay for the damages, etc., they wouldn’t do it due to liability. Oh well. Thanks Sitton for doing the job that you advertise.
