I called him and asked if he can do RV KEYS.. he said he can and he probably can come by later today 09.05 .. I told him That will be great, because i am going HUNTING on Friday and would be nice. When he heard world HUNTING .... he said yeah you see i was really busy yesterday too and i got home around 10 pm I will see what I can do. I gave him my number and called around 5 pm never answered the phone. It's his business and he can refuse the service to anyone, Same as me, I can leave a review if I feel like he refuse the service because he doesn't like HUNTERS or probably 2nd Amendment! BTW.. I fixed my RV keys this morning. I called the dealer gave them a code and each keys was $6.00.

They were able to come out to my house, replace my deadbolt and replace my keys in less than an hour, and then they even came back a second time to make sure the new locks worked properly. I have already recommended them to another friend who is looking into getting locks changed at her house too!

I bought a new house (yes, during the pandemic!) and had six locks to rekey. Victor called 15 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, and was able to key all of the locks to the same key. He also reprogrammed 2 garage door openers. Very great service! Highly recommend Victor from ARCO Lock & Security.

I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

Highly recommend Yale Key Express. They were incredibly professional, and the service was perfect! I had a rekeying done for my car key, and they were very quick and efficient. They also helped me out with some other locks that needed to be replaced, and did a great job at it. I would definitely use them again!

I love Sitton Locksmith! I highly recommend. I used them to make a spare key for my Lexus as well as to make a key for my fire safe which had been missing for years. Both times they were on-time, courteous, quick and thorough. Not only that but John and Steph are great people!

I had been in a collision and the car lock might have been damaged due to the impact. Key will turn but the lock will not open. AZ Locksmith scheduled my locks to be replaced, gave a reasonable quote and worked on it as scheduled. Functional until now!
