Yale Express Locksmith provided us with excellent service. The technician was courteous and helpful. He arrived on schedule and promptly began working on our car lock. He had no trouble opening it, despite the fact that it was a Volvo, which some people find difficult to open. He completed the job in approximately 45 minutes and had everything ready for us to utilise the car straight away. We will surely contact them again if we want other services!

My name is Kelley owner of Steampro Carpet Cleaning and I broke my key off in one of a set of four keyed Master locks and did not have a spare. Highly recommend Yale Key Express. They were incredibly professional, and the service was perfect! I had a rekeying done for my car key, and they were very quick and efficient. Well very disappointed this time really I have bought these keys from the machines and they are truly the only ones that always work but this last time I bought two of you know the like $5 keys I want to say but $5 keys for just a house keys pretty expensive but you know they were personalized kind of you know they just had to signs and went down on them but and then they threw in the third one for free not one of them worked and I don't understand why because they looked exactly like the other key so I don't know but every other time they worked like gangbusters that's why I gave two stars cuz it should be one cuz not one works but I normally they do I've gotten keys from Walmart Ace hardware and Lowe's and had people make them with the key maker and almost every time those don't work but every time with the machine Kiki they always work but not this time I don't know what happened
