Scott is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to your mechanical lock needs. I highly recommend this shop. The other ACME locations are good but they all seem to turn to Scott for some advice.

was amy place in less an 15 minutes and gomy car open in 5 minutes. probably would have gotten my car open faster if iwasn'nightime and could see inside my car better. I will putse on speed dial because I know I will moslikely lock my keys in my car again.

This is how locksmiths should be. He was my rep and he made an extra trip to the store to pick up a part they needed, same day, didn't charge me anything for the trip and was just the nicest guy. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional, and she gave me a quote over the phone that was quite reasonable. The technician showed up promptly, and he was very nice as well. He took his time to explain everything to me, and he even made sure that I understood what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the locksmith services I had requested!

This is the best experience I have ever had with a locksmith, and unfortunately I see them a lot! I locked my keys in my car and he arrived in good time. I am used to spending around $100 for my make and model when I lock my keys in the car, so when he quoted me $60 I was very surprised! Not only that, but he actually charged me $60! He never tried to up the price. He also made me a spare right there on the spot for $3. Could not have asked for better service. He is also just a nice guy to talk to and provides a very pleasant experience!
