Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

I needed a hidden deadbolt installed so that no key is visible from the outside. I looked for a locksmith and came across these guys. I called and scheduled an appointment, and the technician arrived on time and handled everything with care and professionalism. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new door installed or other locksmith services because they will do the job correctly!

They were Quick and courteous. Excellent service.The chap arrived within 30 minutes of placing the call. Fixed the problem really quick and gave very good advice on replacement lock types etc. and took time to explain. Cannot fault.

It was a straightforward process, however we had a broken piece of an old key in our lock. We obtained bids by calling around, but these men were more affordable. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They also completed the work well. We will give them another call if we ever require residential keys or locks! We're so glad we found them!

I called another company called call orange ? they were not helpful at all. Literally told me had to replace my whole ignition lock, a day later I called Einstein locksmith and nathan to help he resolve everything without replacing a thing

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!

Would give it zero stars if I could. Asked for cc info. Told they would send someone. Then 30 mins later they text you saying no one is available and it'll take up to 5 days to refund your money.

We just bought a new home and called Arizona Keys Locksmith to re-key five doors. Levi was awesome! Timely, efficient, friendly, and very professional. He made a couple of recommendations and gave us pricing, but wasn’t pushy about it. We agreed with his recommendations and he got straight to work. He installed a keypad lock on our front door, which was slightly smaller than the existing lock. He asked if I had the paint for the door, which luckily we did. He touched up the area around the lock. He painted my door! I did not expect that. He even helped us set up the app for the keypad. We love it! I highly recommend Arizona Keys Locksmith.
