Best Smart Key in Phoenix AZ

My son and I drove from Goodyear to this place in scottsdale because they had great reviews. As soon as we walked in an older gentleman behind the counter who said his name was Willy would not help us. He seemed busy with some keys. So we looked around for a while and talked with some other workers who were adjusting their front door to the business. I went back to Willy and asked if he could help us find a safe that would work best for what we needed. He was very short and seemed as if we were bothering him. We looked around some more and asked the guys working on the door for their advise. After we decided on a safe. We went back to Willy so we could pay him and get out of there. Willy said he was busy and it would take an hour before he could help us. I asked the other guys if they could make the transaction and they said they were heading out to a call and they were late. So we went back to Willy and explained we live an hour away and could not come back. Im a 45 yr old man and he felt it necessary to scold me and tell me that if I keep talking to him it would take twice as long. He said he had a customer on his computer already and he had to finish that order before the computer would allow him to check us out. I knew that was false and told him to just get us out of there. I would leave the cash and he could do the computer thing when he's done and for him to just email me the receipt. The total came out to 482.00 and he said he could not give me change for the 100 dollar bills I gave him. After we worked that out he said he didn't have a dolly to help us get the safe out to the car. My son and I carried the safe out and finally got out of there. I have never left a review but after this experience with such obvious bad customer service by this place I felt it necessary to share my experience. I gave it 2 stars because the guys working on the door were busy but still gave some advice and their opinion on a good safe.

Very professional! Easy to set up an appointment. I have a 2005 BMW 545i. They guys did a great job cloning my computer and BMW works great now. Thanks for the great job highly recommend auto programming.

The key looks as pictured from the Kiosk, however the edges were rough compared to other keys I’ve copied. Other than that it works okay.

ccidentally locked myself out of my bedroom, called them and within 25 minutes, they had arrived and unlocked my door for me. They were very professional and polite, and I will definitely use their services again in tfuture!

Very impressed! I arrived home today to find that my door could not be unlocked. I called at 12:38pm, within 10 minutes,he arrived, replaced broken lock, matched it for our current keys and was gone by 1:10pm. Super quick, quality, friendly service!

Had a lock sue wi home frondoor wre iwouldn'close. took aparlock and knew exactly whawas wrong. came to rescue in less an an hour and was done in less an an hour! I will definitely be calling him in future for any lock sues from now on.
