I almost paid twice the price before finding this place already busy to begin with but they took me in last minute anyway fixed my key and did it fast I’m so so so happy I really recommend them my key is way sturdier than the original one

I ordered three keys and one didn't work it was too big but that's to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. I'm happy to say that I'm planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

I had a pressing predicament since I had misplaced my car keys. I got in touch with these people, and they responded quickly and prepared the keys.

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!
