Instructions were very understanding just follow to a T you can't go wrong. I love my lite key and the keys work FINE. my husband went to a key service Place earlier and he got back home and the keys doesn't work but I went to Walmart to one of the key machines for the first time and had two keys made and they work just fine

I highly recommend Adams Locksmith. I locked myself out of my car at 6 am on a Sunday morning. It was dark outside and I had an important appointment to get to. I wanted to find someone reliable, trustworthy, who wouldn't damage my car and who could get to me fast and not overcharge me. I shopped around and after calling and comparing several of the locksmiths listed on google for my area, Tom gave me the best price from the start and stuck to it. He came within 20 minutes and had me back in my car quickly. He's a nice guy so we got to talking and I learned Adams Locksmith is a family owned business. When you call, you get Tom and he's the same one that comes and does the service. That's important to me. Tom is like the trusted friendly neighbor who .knows what he's doing and helps you out of a jam. I was so pleased with the service that I am really excited to leave this review! I read all the great reviews about how quick and couteous they are. I called and told them I had a vehicle that I was locked out of with no spare key. I am located 18 minutes away from the mesa location. Spent the better part of the 10 minute phone call on hold to only find out there was one driver working who was not feeling feeling well and they couldn't make it out here. Even though I spent the better part of 10 minutes listening to how they have 10 drivers that service the Phoenix metro area. Was advised to call harmon lock safe and key. Harmon was able to help me no problem.
