Highly recommend Yale Key Express. They were incredibly professional, and the service was perfect! I had a rekeying done for my car key, and they were very quick and efficient. I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.
