Great service! We locked ourselves out of our house; in the heat! Mordy came and rescued us in no time; replaced the locks for a great price and made sure we were happy before leaving! Hopefully we don't need to use a lock smith again but this would definitely be the company we would call!

When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.

The house keys are a little sticky to turn in the locks but they do work. The important thing to know is that this is not a quick process. If you are already checked out at the grocery with ice cream etc, there will be melting while you wait and wait for the keys to be cut and dispensed. Try ONE key if you are pressed for time!

Leon Locksmith LLC is the best locksmith company I have ever encountered. Their dedication to their craft shines through in every job they do.

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

Absolutely professional, knowledgable, and fast to get a new key for my vehicle. Dealership cut a terrible key that wasn't even close to the correct one he made. Lowest prices I could find in town as well and was on site within a very reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a key for literally anything!
