Watch out. Sitton quoted me a service fee to come out and $15 per lock to rekey. Then when the locksmith arrived, he hit me up with a $160 labor fee that was not previously disclosed. I had to call Sitton and talk to them and asked why they didn't disclose the labor fee. Sitton then tried to re-negotiate a labor fee that they never disclosed. I was about to send the locksmith back but the locksmith heard our conversation and waived most of his labor fee and apologized.

Very professional, he showed up in time, explained things when I asked, and kept everything clean. He also was super flexible when I asked him to do another lock as a surprise. I strongly recommend him, and will use him again in the future.
