After losing my keycard, I immediately got a locksmith masters LLC to help me out. The work was completed promptly and the service charge was very reasonable.

Keys worked great, but a bit more $ than I expected.

They changed my locks recently and did a brilliant job - I feel much safer in my home and getting in and out of my apartment is a much nicer experience. They gave me a really good price and were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend these guys!

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Surprisingly good. The keys work. I liked the choice of patterns because both are similar.

Update: Found another locksmith and got the job done with less than half of the price. It took like 3 minutes in total. The guy form Ahwatukee Locksmith spent longer time on writing the receipt yesterday.

Called them to replace a front door lock. No fancy smart lock setups or anything, just a very basic lock, and they had access to the house without any drilling or picking. Dispatch said it would start with $85 which was a reasonable price, but the technician came and gave me a quote of $250. They did literately nothing and I was charged $29 service fee.

I saw another bad review said their service fee was $19. I guess that there were so many customers said no to their crazy pricing so they had to surcharge the service fee?

I couldn't find a yelp page for them. Lucky you yelp users! you dodged a bullet.

Btw they were 1 hour late.

I asked what their company was. They told me a random company name, 24/7 mobile lock smith.Unfortunately I still have your number so I can find it from google and leave my honest feedback to future customers.

I value the smith's openness and communication. Many individuals advised me to purchase a new lock. In less than 30 minutes, the blacksmith changed the key!

Being able to make a key inside of a FRYS food store made it convenient. I got 3 copies of a key and they all worked great. It does cost a little more than stopping at a hardware store and having a key made, but the convenience made it worth it. I do wish the machine also took cash. It only takes credit cards.

I had a mail key where it was stuck (in the turn mechanism) luckily I was finally able to get a guy to come and replace it for me big thanks to micheal Romano for coming by and being quick with his work I have a locksmith I will be calling in the future
