Best Trim Back in Phoenix AZ

Harris & Sons had good communication, stuck to their quote, did everything I asked them to do, left the area cleaned up and were easy to deal with. They removed a big old tree, plus the stump, pruned & trimmed my whole yard. With no hidden fees. Would use them again.

Azael and his crew did a very nice job trimming my 7 palm trees! He did everything one would want and expect from a professional tree trimming business. Was promised a certain pay! Receive my fist check was was way under , promised for it to be fixed, two week later same pay . Than getting charged for work shirts 4 shirt for $75 I’m not going to use after getting ask not to show up. Called office to ask to have to be reimbursed , with the shirt be turned in. Look like they need the 75 more than I honestly do..

My husband and I have beeen attempting to get a hold of this company for a free estimate for a week now. We called last Thursday and gave our information to the receptionist. She said we would have a quote emailed to us within an hour. After a couple hours and no email we called back and the receptionist said their office was closed for the day and she should have let us know that when we first called. She said we should receive a quote the next day, which never happened. On Friday, we called the office once again but could not get a hold of anyone. We called Monday and still could not get a free estimate, but was told the owner would contact us later that day. We never received a call from the owner and never received our free quote....so we will take our business elsewhere.

Russ removed a dead tree from my yard, as well as two stupidly planted trees that were causing damage. He also either removed the stumps or ground them down low enough that I can't see them. He also trimmed my bougainvillea. Everything was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Russ's work!

Very unprofessional!!!! On the day I was to meet Dustin - he called to ask me to meet him right away - 5 hours before our scheduled appt (an appt I made the previous week). Apparently, it was more convenient for him to meet earlier. I could not drop everything to meet w/ him then since I was @ work. He agreed to meet at our appt time. He then texted a message to me AT our appt time, saying that he can't make it because he has another landscape job. Unbelievable!! Obviously, we're done! I think I dodged a bullet not dealing w/ these people.

I called lobo landscaping to come out and give me an estimate on lawn (wish I had those pics) the weed were out of control. Within 2 days the owner himself came and gave me an estimate. They are very busy. I was unaware how the process worked but within a few weeks the weeds were completely gone!! I appreciate how well they communicated with me as well explaining every step and check in messages to let me know when I was put on the schedule.
