Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. Cut my tree down on 1/24/20 . Requested when called that the stump needed to be ground down as concrete was going there. Pd his fee and then he said he didn’t have a stump grinder. So I offered to pay additional for the stump grinding. Said it would be a couple weeks. I have contacted him but only get a run around. He said this weekend he would be here, but no show, call or txt. It is now 3/1/20 and still not done. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Fabian and his crew amaze me every time I have used them, which is often. We always do a walk though of what I would like to have done and he gives me his honest opinion on whether it’s worth doing or not. Watching them work is like watching a well oiled machine. They come out, they get the job done right, and clean up afterwards. I will never use another tree trimming company. Fabian and his team are my guys.

Russ removed a dead tree from my yard, as well as two stupidly planted trees that were causing damage. He also either removed the stumps or ground them down low enough that I can't see them. He also trimmed my bougainvillea. Everything was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Russ's work!

There is a big difference between a true arborist cutting and trimming your trees versus your neighborhood landscaper. They have absolutely resurrected a couple of my trees with structural pruning and the soil injection was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend using tree care from, Moon Valley nurseries. They also removed a disgusting sisso tree for my mom's house and saved it from excessive invasive root damage.

Guillermo the owner of the business did such and amazing job getting rid of our Mesquite Tree that would leave a mess on our front yard. He was really professional and as well made sure that all my property was safe. Definitely sticking with these guys for any other project!

I had a great experience using Tree Feeders of Arizona. Big Mike gave a fair estimate for a big trimming project on a big Mesquite in my back yard. Mike and his professional team came out and trimmed all that was close to the house and near my neighbors yard. I would recommend them to anyone with any tree needs. Currently having trouble with this company. Waited over a week and had to send two emails before finding out their fertilizer truck is broken down and the delay in treatment of sick plants is indefinitely delayed.

The guys provided excellent service and they did the job as expected. I would recommend them to my neighbors.
