I am writing as a customer who is not a weekly/monthly service user...we had Divine Design with David Bales design and redo our landscaping. This has not been a pleasant experience and Nathan the owner of Devine Design has only been to our home maybe 2x that I can think of. We were told our job would take 2-3 weeks. We are now 2 months into this ordeal and they have yet to come back and complete our yard. They have excuses ranging from they ordered the wrong wood to they are waiting for new metal boarder to come in. They just show up sometimes 1 sometimes 2 if we are lucky 3 days in a row to work. All the while this has been going on our grass has died and I have been walking 3 dogs multiple times a day because, they leave tools and trash (even McDonalds bags) strewn all over our yard. They have made multiple mistakes like removing rock where it's not needed, installing things where they don't go and they even made a $1500 mistake on a rock calculation they would like us to foot the bill for. Additionally after signing the contract we were told that they could not install part of our yard, all new grass because, it's not available until April/May. They never told us this until they showed up to start working. We have reached out to Nathan multiple times, but he seems aloof about needing to finish our yard. We just want them to finish and be out of our yard, but they keep dragging there feet. I would find another company that has a reputation for finishing on time and not making the customers pay for their mistakes. Looks like they do a great weekly service based on the reviews but I would think twice about hiring them for a remodel because, you will forever begging them just to show-up and finish your yard.

Initial request was placed by my husband in regards to a water hammer noise we were having with our back yard irrigation system. When the technician arrived I again went over the issues we were having. Turns out the water hammer issue was not addressed and he replaced everything else but the valve for the hammer noise. We had to have another service call.

We disputed the second $75 service call fee (which we thought was fair) and were paying for the valve replacement and the rest of the invoice. The customer service agent would not back down. Also please note the agent also wanted us to pay our bill before even receiving an invoice.

When getting service from this company ensure your request is in writing. We do not recommend nor will we ever use this company again.
