I have mixed feeling about this review. I hired Divine Design to maintain my yard after I purchased a home and already had the initial clean up /trim etc. completed by another company. Divine Design quoted me for monthly maintenance including trees, debris. weed and water irrigation.

The quoted price was reasonable and I liked the fact that they have an only portal you sign up and insert a payment method and they auto bill after service.

First, I indicated when I started that I wanted monthly service starting in one month. Keep in mind the yard had just been cleaned up. They showed up two weeks early. I wasn't expecting the service so soon and wasn't in the area for more than a day after the service was completed. I gave the crew the benefit of the doubt that the condition my yard was in when I returned was due to weather in the more than 24 hours since it was serviced.

Fast forward two weeks and I get notice of another scheduled visit. I email them ensuring I had signed up for monthly not bi monthly. They agreed and I was to be monthly. A month rolls by with no scheduled service. Week five I email and I am on the schedule for that week. I didn't sign up for service every five weeks.

Fast forward to month two and they are late and pushed it to the next day which I happened to be working from home. They showed up, spent ~20ish minutes where they blew out the yard and put debris into a bucket. Within 10 minutes of them leaving I went outside to inspect and immediately sent cellphone picture's to Clara. They rushed the job. I had plant debris in my yard that wasn't even from my trees that they failed to collect. I also had weeds that per their quote were to be pulled and the roots sprayed. That didn't happen. Clara assured me they would be sent out again to redo it. This was a Saturday and they came back on the following Friday. No better than before. This time I provided video. Clara offered to send them a third time to which I don't understand that if the crew can't get it right in two trips what was the third trip going to provide but I agreed to let them try. I got an email saying they were running late and would be out the next day instead. That was a week ago and no visit or notification on status.

I am appreciative that they have refunded me the fee they charged for the lack luster maintenance. Two stars instead of one is because Clara tried but the crew doesn't perform the quality of job they are quoting to deliver.

Either lower your rates to the quality of maintenance you are providing (ie plant matter and weeds left in the yard which I wouldn't have signed up for) or ensure your crews can deliver the level of service you are quoting your customers. I removed my payment method this morning and I will find another company.

If you want to have to clean your own yard and pull weeds after this company services it for $123.50 a month then this is the company for you.

To be clear. I have been refunded and I have given full credit in my review for that but that doesn't change the hours of wasted time I spent dealing with this over the last month+
