Elite tree Service has done a great job tree trimming and pruning in the past. When it came time to update the landscaping, we called Elite Tree Service for assistance. Mike came out for the bid and did a great job recommending different types of trees for the different areas we wanted to update. Citrus trees are their specialty, but they also work with all types of trees - each with a two year warranty. The planting crew, lead by Austin was prompt, courteous and professional.

I had used AMS only once before and they did a good enough job for me to reach out to them when I was in need of their services again, but this time around they were lacking. I reached out earlier in the week by phone and never got anyone so I logged into my account and request for spring yard clean up, they did get back to me by email within 24hrs with a bid which I had then accepted. My yard work per their website said they would be out today (Friday) so in the morning time I once again tried calling a couple times to get a roundabout timeframe when to expect them again no answer. So I then emailed and got a response back from Melissa saying around 11:30am, it is now almost 3pm and still no crew. I have called numerous times not once have they answered their phone, I even sent out another email about 2hrs ago asking if they are still coming out today again, still now response. Their offices of course is closed now and they are closed for the weekend and I haven’t the slightest clue whether they just bailed out on a job all together or what. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their lack of follow through and their poor almost non-existent communication. I don’t understand the point of listing a phone number for a business if you aren’t going to ever answer the phone I have called 8 times today alone not including the times I called on Monday and not once has anyone ever answered the phone!

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

Expect good communication from this company. They make doing business with them very easy.

They are the best, highly recommend them. I have them annually trim my very large tree.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Johnny did a terrible job. Unresponsive. Left huge seams in artificial turf. Did not correctly close off old sprinkler system and led to a $500 water bill.
