Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I've used Arizona Tree Care and Services for about a year now for all of my tree and shrub trimming. They're always on time, provide professional service, have very reasonable prices, give great advice on how to take care of my trees and shrubs, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that I'm satisfied with their work. I will definitely keep using them to care for my yard and I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree or shrub care!

Called into the Mesa office to have some work done on the trees on my estate. We have a large 50 acre property and sometimes run events on our property so naturally as a business owner I wanted to ask the company about their insurance coverage and to make sure everything was properly in place so as to protect any damage that could've been done to my grounds or property.

Upon calling the office I was greeted by a woman named Tammy who seemed nice at first, however when I asked to speak to someone about the insurance coverage that the company carried she flat out told me no. When I asked her again as I was not about to hire a comapny to come do significant work on my property without knowing they are properly insured, she told me she couldn't because they were a corporation. When I asked for their information she stated she would not be giving that to me and hung up the phone.

Beyond the fact that this seems extremely shady from a landscaping company, it was also incredibly unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere. My advice? Go with a local company that isn't afraid to be transparent about who they are.
