UPDATED - I had a representative call me due to my critical review. She had the original rep call me and they advised they could not do the spraying and told me that they would refund me the $65. Both apologized and I received the refund check as well.
Original Review-
I had Harris & Sons come out to look at my trees and give me a quote to trim/remove/medicate them. Their rep came out on 10/2 (invoice 5489) and told me I had sooty canker on my trees. He then went on to describe how he used to work at a place that sprayed them, he wasn't sure if Harris & Sons would do it at or or this time of year. He told me that he would talk to someone and email me options and estimates. Cost me $65 which would be applied to the service. Never got that email, called and left 2 messages never heard back. I had advised that I was ready to pull the trigger and hire them - just needed to know price and options.
I did get an email showing I paid for the consult.
Disappointed given the high reviews from multiple places.
Lesson learned pay with credit card so I could dispute it.
