Potential new customers beware of getting scheduled, and then rescheduled, and then rescheduled. Initially the customer service was great, I received fast responses, and fast estimates and scheduling for a yard cleanup. Then I received two automated rescheduling emails, one moving my service up a day, for which no one showed up that day. Then, at 4pm the day before my original service date, I received another automated email that my service had been pushed out two weeks. I did not receive a call or any explanation as to why, and when I emailed to cancel was just told ok thanks -- no effort to work with me or explain what had happened. I have an event with people coming to the house this weekend, and now the yard will not be cleaned up in time for it because this company wasted over a week of my time and waited until the literal last minute to cancel when I could have been getting another company out here to do the work. Very unprofessional, so if you are needing or expecting work to be completed on time I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my grandma (she doesn't know how to use google LOL) but Agavie did SUCH an amazing landscape design job at her home in Glendale. Their team of landscaping experts were able to turn a dirt field into something that dreams are made of. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I'd give less than 1 star if i could i just want pleople to know what crooks and liars this company is. They way over charge, dont give notice of past due accounts and steal money from people who gave passed on. Then flat out LIE about the tiny security depoist they wete suppose to refun. Not that covers anything close to what my fathers account was hijacked for.

I spoke directly to Todd. He was professional, responsive and after looking him up online I found that he is a certified and licensed arborist as well. I had to have a tree removed from my property and after calling and speaking with Todd, he came out to my property in a short time and gave us a free estimate of the cost to remove the tree.

They had a slot open up in their schedule so he was able to squeeze us in before our HOA deadline for the tree removal. The service was fast, effective and communication with them was fast and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Star away!! Over promises under delivers domes not show up when is scheduled or at all for weeks at a time then wants to service the account on a Sunday to fit his schedule. Charged me for $in plants that died because he did not know how program the system. Promised a refund and then blocked me. WPRST business in the landscaping world out there. Stay away
