The hardest part of this experience was actually booking a time for the team to come out! Norm came out the same day I asked for an estimate! But then I waited for a quote for 2 weeks. Norm followed up after 1 week and asked if I had heard something, and I hadn't. He was supposed to speak with the office person. After another week I followed up myself. I found out that they had my email wrong. Why no one called me about that, I don't know. If I hadn't followed up, I'm not sure what would have happened. Once I signed the estimate, the team was out within the week, and they got the job done within 30 minutes. I was given a discount for the hassle. They did a good job. They need help with communication though.

My experience with this company was unpleasant. I would recommend getting many estimates and double checking what they tell you.

Would highly recommend and will use The Hungry Tree again!! What a wonderful business experience from the appointment setting through the quick response, on time and beautiful work with a friendly team!! Very reasonable and even ensured cleanup was on point.
