Best Tree Trimming Pruning in Phoenix AZ

Although they arrived within the specified time frame. They never asked what we wanted done, but we had requested the trees trimmed back out of the neighbors neigs. The trees are still encroaching, although they were trimmed. Was expecting more for the 440 dollars it cost per tree. I also waited over 30 days for this service. I will definitely shop around the next time and get my wants in writing.

Top Leaf Tree Service just left and did an excellent job of thinning out 6 trees. 3 Mesquites and 3 Palo Verde. I was referred to this company from a friend that has used them for years. I am really impressed and glad I went with them! I had two other companies come out and give me quotes as well as Top Leaf. Levis came over and was the only one that spent time with me discussing the needs and trimming of each tree. He really knew his subject matter. He also pointed out some issues with other trees on my property that I was not aware of. I wanted to get the work done now but he said because of the tree species, it would be better (less stress) on the trees to wait until cooler weather to trim them. The other companies did not point it out and when I asked they added the work to their estimates. When I asked about if it was appropriate to trim those trees during the hot summer months, they said they probably shouldn’t and took the work off their bids!
Today the crew arrived and did an amazing job from start to finish. They had professional equipment including a truck with a chipper mounted to it. They were very professional, courteous and really cared about how I felt as a customer. The crew leader walked the job with me prior to doing any work and then again when they were done to ensure we agreed and I was happy with everything.

This company cares about Total Customer Satisfaction! The clean-up was outstanding. I would recommend Top Leaf Tree Services to anyone who wanted their trees to look like they supposed to look.

Thank you for coming out on time and doing such quality work at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for folks! Yes many guys will drive the neighborhoods and offer to trim your trees, but most of them just trim and hack. They do not thin them out and get them healthy as they should be. This is what was done by the Top Leaf team for me today.

We were in search for a company to trim our trees. Todd came recommended via a Facebook post that I happened to read. Todd was quick to answer my call, schedule and compete the task within a few days. He was reasonably priced. Last year we had one large tree trimmed and were quoted a certain price for that job . There was a lot of confusion and when it was time to pay the bill and I learned that they wanted to charge my neighbor an additional fee on top of what I had agreed to pay . It was handled so poorly and the owner of heartwood actually treated it like it was my fault for the confusion. I felt bad and so he told me they could make me a special deal by charging $415 to trim another tree for me . I told the foreman that I didn’t think it looked well and he assured me it was a Good healthy tree . One year later that tree is completely dead and Howard wants to charge me $525 to cut and haul the same tree they talked me into paying $415 to trim just one year ago instead of cutting it down.
Don’t expect heartwood tree service to understand your point of view as a customer.

Crew at southern and priest blowing up leaves and dust down outside of iqor continued to blow full blast over the bus stop coating us in dust, dirt and garbage. After we say something he lowers level goes around. We turn to truck, point out number and attempt to take image of it, second worker moves truck to other side of lot.
First worker turns around starts blowing other direction and continues right into bus waiting area again.

Great foresight and spacial awareness! Never calling this company, can't imagine what other corners they cut.

My fiancée, Heidy, and I recently hired this company for grading work on both the front and back yards to solve drainage issues.

We paid $1700 and neither problem has been solved, and the back yard looks worse than it did before they started.

Definitely do not recommend this place.

The worst landscaping company in The Valley. Unprofessional and very unreliable. I do not recommend this company.

Johnny did a terrible job. Unresponsive. Left huge seams in artificial turf. Did not correctly close off old sprinkler system and led to a $500 water bill.

Our park used used this business but our yards were the recipients of the mess. Their cleanup was a joke.
