Top Leaf Tree Service just left and did an excellent job of thinning out 6 trees. 3 Mesquites and 3 Palo Verde. I was referred to this company from a friend that has used them for years. I am really impressed and glad I went with them! I had two other companies come out and give me quotes as well as Top Leaf. Levis came over and was the only one that spent time with me discussing the needs and trimming of each tree. He really knew his subject matter. He also pointed out some issues with other trees on my property that I was not aware of. I wanted to get the work done now but he said because of the tree species, it would be better (less stress) on the trees to wait until cooler weather to trim them. The other companies did not point it out and when I asked they added the work to their estimates. When I asked about if it was appropriate to trim those trees during the hot summer months, they said they probably shouldn’t and took the work off their bids!
Today the crew arrived and did an amazing job from start to finish. They had professional equipment including a truck with a chipper mounted to it. They were very professional, courteous and really cared about how I felt as a customer. The crew leader walked the job with me prior to doing any work and then again when they were done to ensure we agreed and I was happy with everything.

This company cares about Total Customer Satisfaction! The clean-up was outstanding. I would recommend Top Leaf Tree Services to anyone who wanted their trees to look like they supposed to look.

Thank you for coming out on time and doing such quality work at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for folks! Yes many guys will drive the neighborhoods and offer to trim your trees, but most of them just trim and hack. They do not thin them out and get them healthy as they should be. This is what was done by the Top Leaf team for me today.

Great Service and Professional

Poor quality work performed. Not a good value for the $$$ charged.

We received great customer service from Lobo Landscape and Tree. The price was reasonable, they were on time, and they followed our instructions exactly. We are very pleased, overall, and highly recommend them.

We moved into a new home and had quite a lot of overgrown trees from poorly done maintenance by prior residents. The trees had not been trimmed or maintained meaningfully in 5-10 years. The overgrowth was extensive and was damaging the structures on the property.

Heartwood came and was truly professional in every way. They did an estimate first, providing extensive images of what needed trimming, talked with me at length about what was needed and what we could hold back on for now, and gave us an idea of an overall plan and timeline for how we could perform long-term maintenance to keep the work that would be done lasting longer.

Everything was done electronically, from quote, to photos that go with the quote, to payment. Easy! I also loved that they are insured and EMPLOY people (not 1099's or illegal workers) to do the work. Everyone is properly trained.

When the day arrived to do the work, they were on-time, prepared, and organized! I peeked out periodically to watch the process and it was done in a very efficient manner. They removed a tremendous amount of debris and left the yard clean when they were through.

Afterward they went through everything with me on what was done, what problems they discovered, how they solved it, etc. The whole process took about 4-5 hours.

Our estimate was exactly what was charged. They also offer discounts to military, teachers, and for paying cash/check, just FYI. A nice touch.

I would use them again in a heartbeat should I need work done.
