There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

Joe was wonderful to work with. His in depth knowledge and experience gave me all the confidence. He was quick to respond, and always on time. I live on a 1/4 acre with a variety of trees. We had trees cleaned up and trimmed and unfortunately trees that were sick and needed to be removed, along with stump grinding. Joe and his team were very thorough with their work and making sure I was satisfied. He even found a bird nest when trimming a tree and took measures to be cautious and not disturb the nest! I will absolutely be using New Heights Tree Service again and will refer him to all my family and friends!!

I contacted Todd and asked him if he could take a look at my Red Pistache because it was dying and drying out. I sent him a few pictures and he was able to identify what I was doing wrong, and how I could go about fixing it. He was honest, precessional, courteous and helpful. Thank you for being awesome Todd!

Arborcraft came out to trim my three fruit trees and three Canary Island Date Palms. Ron King and his crew from Mesa, AZ were very professional, courteous, thorough, and conscientious about adding value and conserving time. Ron was very kind to share his knowledge with me about further tree care and frequency of trimming the palms. The crew cleaned up every detail of palms and debris and left my backyard sparkling. I love Arborcraft and their expert tree services!

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!

Star away!! Over promises under delivers domes not show up when is scheduled or at all for weeks at a time then wants to service the account on a Sunday to fit his schedule. Charged me for $in plants that died because he did not know how program the system. Promised a refund and then blocked me. WPRST business in the landscaping world out there. Stay away
