I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

What an amazing company! Great work, my home is now gorgeous! Kind, professional owner and employees! I bought a home with many issues. They replaced tile, had quartz counters installed in bathrooms and kitchen, installed custom backsplash that they designed especially for me, changed light fixtures inside and outside, installed blinds, changed out large mirrors and did landscaping! Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. Called and discussed what I needed help with. Yossi told me to text him pics. I did that day - a week ago, and never heard back. If you want a handyman who will follow through, you'll need to go somewhere else.

He took out our window at our request the job looks horrible u can see it from the street and the inside looks like a pre school student did this. We have waited for 4 days to have him come back and fix it no showed. Cause we will call the az roc and go after him what a flake do not use this business for anything
