Best Interior Design Build in Phoenix AZ

We are very satisfied with the territorial 3 stone pattern patio pavers. The concrete work on the edging was impressive as we had not seen that on other patios that we had checked out ahead of time. The pavers around the two trees was done well. It was great to work with the office staff. They were professional and followed up via computer contacts timely and very friendly! They answered our questions and provided options for us to consider. The installers were extremely efficient and so fast. The team appeared to work well together. The guys were friendly and respectful cleaning up at the end of the project!! We've gotten many, many compliments from the neighbors. Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

I had them replace a fence for me and do some landscaping. They managed the project well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for my future projects.
