We recently had the underlayment replaced on our tile roof, and foam applied on the flat roof. The job was done well, and we are pleased with the results. Eddie Cortez was on top of the details in making sure everything was done right. He checked out every aspect of the work, even climbing back on the roof after the job was finished to paint some of the metal strips (flashing) so that they matched our house paint color, and made sure all the tiles looked good, including bringing in a close match on replacement tiles for some of our older tiles that were broken. He made sure there was a wide enough shingle path around our air conditioner units so that technicians could work around them comfortably without stepping all over the tiles when any AC repair work might need to be done in the future.
