We are very satisfied with the territorial 3 stone pattern patio pavers. The concrete work on the edging was impressive as we had not seen that on other patios that we had checked out ahead of time. The pavers around the two trees was done well. It was great to work with the office staff. They were professional and followed up via computer contacts timely and very friendly! They answered our questions and provided options for us to consider. The installers were extremely efficient and so fast. The team appeared to work well together. The guys were friendly and respectful cleaning up at the end of the project!! We've gotten many, many compliments from the neighbors. My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

The installers arrived on separate back-to-back days and were friendly, efficient, and did great work, leaving our home with little or no clean-up after the flooring installation.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.
