Best Custom Home Addition in Phoenix AZ

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

They just finished painting the majority of our indoors. The paint job they did was superb, and the price was very reasonable. It was the first time we hired painters, and we were not disappointed.

We had an emergency with this last storm. We called them the morning after the storm. They got all of our info. Said we were in the queue to be called back. That evening we hadn’t heard anything. Tried to call again. Left a message. The next day. Still nothing. Called them again at 3:30 in the afternoon. Had to give all our info again like we never talked. The guy was not rude or anything but told us that some time next week we would get a call. I have rain water pouring into my attic making my sheet rock fall into my house. This place is a joke. Told the guy on the phone that we would just find someone else. We have already wasted 2 days trying to get this thing fixed.

Very professional, and a vast amount of experience. Anyone who's wanting to get a bathroom or kitchen reminded, I highly recommend!

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
