Best Build Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Saying this deck builder surpassed my expectations is a big understatement. They were amazing, I could not have asked for a better job to be done! Try them out yourself you won't be disappointed.

We recently used Arrowhead Decking to resurface our backyard patios and cool decking. The crew was awesome. Professional, informative outstanding customer service. We had anticipated a big mess. They crew cleaned up daily! We appreciated how hard they worked and their attention to detail. Thank you for being so easy to work with from start to finish. We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

We hired these people to paint the interior of our building, including the doors and cabinetry. They did an outstanding job. The artwork was well done. No stray paint splashes can be seen anywhere.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.

Andy does a great job, and takes on challenges, they are a differentiated contractor and the Pinetop experience across various trades they bring is great to have!

My experience with Centennial Builders exceeded my expectations. With all the horror stories out there and news segment about shady unlicensed contractors it's difficult to find an honest and reputable contractor. Gilbert was professional and quick to respond. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work! So reliable, honest and a pleasure to work with.

I LOVED my experience with them! They did an amazing job. They were very reasonable with their price and great with time management. Zach was very nice and professional. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

There’s nothing good about Ron Buchholz and his low-grade, inexperienced workers that he hires straight from the Home Depot parking lot. If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000 stars, I would! Ron is a terrible person and should be banned from construction or ultimately from having a license. He did a bathroom remodel for us in 2019, which was done wrong in every way possible. We filed a complaint with the ROC in 2020 because we just couldn’t live with the flaws in our bathroom and longer. After the inspection, the ROC found him liable to fix all of his work, but Ron manipulated us to believe that if we dropped the complaint he’d repair everything to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we believed the liar that he is and dropped the complaint. He proceeded to drag his feet for months, and excuses after excuse. He finally did the bathroom demo, then he went MIA two weeks into the project. He completely abandoned his work and his commitment to us. Ron is a fraud — PERIOD. His actions were premeditated and he’s a complete scam-artist! We thought about getting an attorney, but it’s not worth the time or effort at this point. I’m emotionally drained from the energy and stress this man has caused us over the last 3 years, so it’s best to just move on. He's likely being sued by multiple people anyway, so he’s probably broke. I truly hope that man gets what’s coming to him. Karma! Check the ROC website! He has multiple complaints open against him at one time. He also works under various company names, so beware!
